Jess made me feel completely welcomed and comfortable during the first time we'd spoken on the phone, as well as throughout the whole interview process for the role I applied for. My experience was amazing at SMAART recruitment, I applied for a role through recruiter Jess which I wasn’t successful in, however Jess contacted me shortly after with the opportunity to apply for another role which she though fit my skill set well. Turned out the role was perfect for me and something I’m very passionate about, and thanks to her help I was successful!
