Was looking forward to eating fresh hot sandwiches in after taking away home (and loved them!) at the end of last year. After travelling over an hour from north, ordered at the counter, gave my name, but was not asked if I wanted to eat in or takeaway. Took a seat outside and waited for 20 minutes. During this time, no name was called. Saw people who ordered later starting to get their food. Went up and asked but only to be treated as a new customer and found out my order had been sitting in a Menulog bag. Tried to speak to Joe to explain what happened only to be reciprocated with blank looks and “sorry about that”.
Left feeling very disappointed. Went to another restaurant next door with a quicker and more attentive service.
