Great service, challenging times with Covid but these guys made it easy. Great product, my daughter loves her new Fender acoustic, definitely recommend.

Sky Music has an incredibly large range of guitars and amps - and being able to try different combos to really try before you buy is fantastic.

Went there today with full intentions of buying a $1600 bass, the sales guy got it from the back room plugged it in then basically disappeared, no one else in the shop. Just stood for about 10 min walked around for a while then just left.

This was our second visit instore. Again, ZAC provided the most exceptional service to myself and my teenage sons. He was knowledgeable, provided endless assistance, and showed the patience of a saint. He brought in almost a dozen guitars over 2 hours and once we found the right one, he then provided colour options and helped with full set up. Zac had immense guitar knowledge and experience and I highly recommend that you let him help guide you to your dream guitar. We will be back for all our guitar needs.

Very fast delivery and the best price I could find. My amplifier arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend checking them out.

Service was great, however my experience purchasing what was my dream guitar would have been more special if they had just taken a few minutes to clean the instrument i'd purchased. I had to scrub away at some pretty nasty, stubborn fingerprints and marks when I got home which took some time.

Apart from that, SkyMusic has an incredible range and i'd be happy to go there again for any supplies.

Honestly the most friendly and helpful staff you will ever come across in a music store, i travel 1.5hrs just to shop here. Wonderful!

Great selection of guitars unfortunately sales people aren’t too keen to approach and “ALL” guitars are locked onto the walls making it impossible to pull one down to hear how it will sound, you pretty much have to go through with the same without getting to know the instrument, unfortunately this sort of business already exists in the online space. I do hope they amend this seems like otherwise a well stocked store

Excellent staff member who helped me with trying out and buying an amp (Alex was his name I think). Easy going and not pushy but willing to do a deal at the same time. Would definitely return for more gear.

Awesome service and great advice. Andrew Li was our guy, took us through all the guitars, and gave us a run down on the pros/cons on some particular ones. Huge range of instruments. Will not disappoint anyone whoes instrumental!

Sky Music is great especially for piano lessons. They really teach you how to play and help you with anything you are having trouble with. The store sells plenty of products (guitars, pianos ECT.) And they also sell books on how to play the instruments.

Dave is the man U wanna see for all your drumming needs! Real down to earth, professional and knowledgeable. Patiently answered my noob questions, provided great advice and I went away mega confident and happy with my purchase. Cheers!

Massive range of instruments & a great variety depending on what you’re after - the staff are friendly, helpful and not invasive about pushing sales.
I was able to get a price match on a new telecaster from them which was really appreciated, exactly what I wanted for the best price. Really happy I found this store.
