I have been receiving treatments at The Skin Temple for a few years now and have been truly happy with the results. Dr Teska has been amazing and very helpful. I have also found her staff to be very friendly and professional.

I don't know what the obviously disgruntled and precious people making negative reviews are on about.

Dr. Teska has always been 100% professional, transparent and upfront with the costs, providing excellent results to me personally.

I have been seeing Dr Teska for over 10 years. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional. I trust her completely and am so pleased with my results. I would highly recommend Skin Temple and Dr Teska.

Came with a problem of acne during the month of December 2018 and had monthly appointments with consultation, analysing, evaluating, making changes to treatment (if necessary) and then leaving - up until April 2019 I have left with clear skin, a stable skincare regime and a happy me. Honestly, couldn't recommend anyone better than Dr Teska at Skin Temple. I now have appointments every 3 months.

Dr Teska runs a highly professional practice that values clinical safety and quality. As a fair-skinned person prone to freckles and sunspots, the laser treatment I received from her was effective, as well as her skin care advice in relation to prevention and maintenance.

Went for my first appointment today for laser removal of PMU (BADLY microbladed eyebrows from elsewhere) and lip filler. Very thorough consultation with Dr Teska, made me feel very comfortable and clearly explained everything. Had intended on full laser removal of eyebrow tattoo but Dr Teska suggested an alternate way of doing what I wanted, which to be honest, has already exceeded my expectations. Feel pretty happy about what I had done and the service I received today, so I will certainly be back and will tell everyone. It took me forever to find out info online about permanent makeup removal, who does it, how it’s done and where. I suggest that if you have had an eyebrow tattoo disaster like me, that you make an appointment here to see what can be done to sort it out. Very very happy today, now I just hope I heal well.

This doc knows all the tricks. My acne was fierce and my family doc sent me for roacnetame. I wasn't too keen on that, so my mum got me a second opinion with Dr T and her stuff has worked a treat. Took about 4 months. Cheers doc, thanks.

Awesome. Helped me to eradicate some really dark under eye veins that had been bugging me. Also diagnosed me with a skin condition that I was previously unaware of (seborrhoeic dermatitis). I always trust her to say it like it is.and do what’s right for my skin. A+

The treatment at the store was so terrible that I gave up buying what I came looking for. I wouldn't go back there not even if this were the last store on the planet.if you wanna be mistreated and face the most arrogant tone I've seen coming from nothing less but the owner, that's the place.

When it comes to the medical/cosmetic field and the many practitioners out there, I only ever go to the best otherwise you're chances of a procedure going pear shaped is increased. I personally go there to treat and fade light coloured facial cosmetic tattooing that others in the industry said couldn't be done. That is until I found the Skin Temple clinic. Alicia Teska has and is working remarkable results on myself and I am over the moon with how things are progressing. Alicia is the best of the best. Highly professional and her knowledge in the vast field of cosmetic procedures is unmatched. The clinic architectural design and lines are clean, the decor light, and a nice soft cultural blend of east meets west. And the atmosphere itself is comfortable and inviting, not to mention the staff who are always friendly. The Skin temple clinic is the place you go if you're serious about receiving the best treatments available from the best in the business with the best possible results. It's a no brainer.

I have been going to Dr Teska for Rosacea and skin care for quite a long time. My skin has never looked better.

I had a disappointing experience here. On the phone the receptionist said it was $80 dollars and when the appointment finished I got charged $170! They think that because Medicare covers most of it they are doing the right thing. WRONG! You have no rights doing this! I spoke to Teska on the phone and she just hanged up. Very unprofessional just focused on money!

I mad I very aware to dr teska that after visiting other places and feeling rushed that I felt I needed more time and to be taken care of like I was a priority not just a number, I had eyeliner tattoo removal and it was very rushed. And I was left with blackening of the skin due to the laser affecting some white ink, I emailed with pictures and asked how I could fix it (twice) and no reply what so ever, I would be willing to pay for another session if she was able to stretch the appointment longer than 15 mins and gave a careful and precise job on my tattoo.she seems well educated and knows her stuff it's purely just too fast and not enough care taken.

Not the best experience to be honest if you are looking for an acne treatment. I dont mind paying the high fees that this clinic charges but all i got given was face washes. Had about 3 consultation and ended up paying about $700 dollars for Skinceuticals face washes and some lotions that dont really work if you have acne. I am still kicking myself for spending that much money for face washes which i could have had easily got from skinceuticals website for $50 bucks. Appreciate the fact that she does try to help you and is quite caring but at the end of the day Dr Teska is not a proper dermatologist who can prescribe things that can actually cure acne. Personally speaking if someone wants to cure acne save your time and money and go to an actual dermatologist or a laser clinic which is much more affordable and will give you actual results (one appointment with a laser clinic and i am already seeing much better results than what i saw after wasting 4 months at this clinic). And plus the appointments are never on time. For all my 3 appointments i had to wait more than 45 mins. I can write an essay on this woeful experience but i dont want to waste any more time dealing with this pathetic clinic then what i already have.

A rather unpleasant experience. The clinician was sure to tout her business as extremely exclusive. After one $350+ consult plus treatment to remove a spot, the spot was not noticeably reduced. On return, she requested the same payment for a second treatment. On questioning this fee (I had already spoken to a receptionist about whether a reduced fee would be warranted, and the receptionist advised to speak to the clinician herself), the clinician reluctantly reduced the fee by about 15 per cent.

Subsequently, I have been to a different cosmetic clinic where the nurse has given me two treatments for free which have noticeably reduced the spot in question. On scoping out other businesses, it is apparent that $350 is a remarkably high fee for such a service. 50 dollars is quite standard.

I received rude and defensive treatment when I gave honest feedback about a specific product she had suggested, despite her having solicited this feedback from me.

Overall, a beautiful, well-scented office. The attitude of the clinician leaves something to be desired. Rather nasty.

I've had problems with acne since I was about 10, after over a decade of putting up with it I ended up in Dr Teska's office. Dr Teska was completely sympathetic to my experiences and concerns and put me on a combination of products both prescription and otherwise that have made a dramatic difference in my skin and self confidence. The staff at skin temple have been nothing but professional and supportive, my skin looks and feels so much better. I would highly recommend to anyone struggling with acne.

Dr Teska is highly professional and reliable. Would strongly recommend her for injectables and skin care. I always feel as if I'm in very safe hands. Worth every penny.
