Friendly staff, great selection of drinks and food was amazing. Excellent setting with the old drive through bottle shop. Just what heidelberg needs!

Not a single smile from any of them
Cmon guys I know it's monday but you gotten do better than that

Dinner 9/8/22
The food was ok but not especially notable, just basic pub meals. I made a mistake of getting a risotto at a pub.
Good reviews of the steaks though.

Staff were friendly and hard working on a pretty busy weeknight

Me and the fam, with our two small kids, have dinner here once in awhile and I love the ample space in their bistro. They also have colorin activities for kids which occupy their time and my wife and I can have a peaceful dinner:)

Love this place, it's comfy, spacious, food always good. I always get the seafood linguine and a coconut pineapple mocktail and it's always yummy. Once it wasn't as warm but like went on a really busy day. Other then that amazing, delicious and devine

Mostly passable. Whoever was on the chip frier either needs a break or retraining. Both the parma chips and the bowl of wedges were pretty average. The parma was okay, but just okay.

The biggest downer was the Moroccan salad. I think my daughter pulled about four bits of vegies out. The tofu was unseasoned, unmarinated, dry, tasteless and just huge slabs plonked on top. Very disappointing.

The bar area has a good vibe and setup for watching footy since the renovation and the bar parma was good value with a smokey flavour.

To get to 5 stars they need to get some more adventurous beers on tap. Very mainstream selection - I understand it's a CUB pub, but I would have loved a hazy IPA of some kind and there's limited risk in buying a single keg of a Balter and/or Pirate Life limited release and throwing it on a tap.some punters like myself will enjoy the variety!

We attended my sister in law's 60th birthday there tonight in the private function area. It was terrific. The staff were operating at a high standard. I couldn't believe how friendly they were. The food kept comming out. You could not complain about the variety and the quality. I would definately recommend the place for a function.

Great food, comfortable seating and the staff are the absolute BEST, friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond the service, one of the most enjoyable part of our family evening was watching the young waiter balancing our birthday cake and walking so slowly to avoid any of the candles going out, we were all holding out breath. Thank you

A nice local pub. Good selection of beers on tap. Fantastic chips, the crunch in the chips, Gahd dayum so good mayne. Would definitely order them again when I come back. Pretty good vibes as well, would be keen to try their actual food but the beers are great

Bistro review. Perfectly fine for a family lunch/ dinner. Could do with a kids play area out the back perhaps. The menu needs updating, it's been the same for years now, and could do with some seasonal inclusions at least. But it's reasonably priced and offers a decent selection. Nothing fancy but it doesn't need to be.

Great local pub. They have a sports bar, restaurant, outdoor area and pokies if you are into that. Plenty of beers on tap and food is on point. A good alternative to the Old E.

I was at Barklys this afternoon for lunch with my mate.
We were attended to initially by Rachel & then both Rachel & Morgan served us. I was most impressed with the impeccable service & attention we received from both of them.
The food was excellent & my Porterhouse steak was done to perfection! I highly recommend Barklys to anyone for a great meal & drinks too! Well done ladies!

Great service at Sir Henry Barklys, had the pot and parma special on thursday, great size and tasted immaculate. Service was great, the staff were all friendly and kind. Rachel and the team are superstars!

Waited for our food more than 55 minutes because they forgot to cook it! Will not rate the food quality as they’re service is horrible

Always have a great time at this pub. Meals are decent portions and the staff are always so friendly and helpful even though they’ve been short on staff due to covid they have still provided great service.

Didn't have an enjoyable time because of the manager Rachel! Very poor service and was treated badly infront of my partner.do not recommend their service while that Rachel manager is working.there's a lovely place around the corner called The Old England whom treat you with respect and very nice atmosphere

Demanding vaccine certificate and generally angry attitude. First time an empty pub has asked me if I have a "reservation". Clearly they don't want customers. Shame.
