27Very Poor service. I was told that shoes will be arranged in two days, i called three times to confirm after two days, and still shoes are not ready to pick up, where as it was promised.and no one taking responsibility and every time i am told sale person will come on monday and he will call you

Live in Regional Victoria placed a order P. M.day 1 received a call the following morning confirming the datails and received the runners A. M day 3. The postmaster commented how well the runners were packaged and clearly address. Great service and true value for money on a excellent product.
The shoes I purchased were priced extremely competitively with the option of free shipping. I received a personal phone call from customer service to confirm my order. Shipping was ultra fast. All in all, a top ;level transaction.
