Name indicates its simplicity and food tastes good. Definitely will be back for simply Indian style chicken fried rice.

Awful food. I ordered Punjabi chicken masala and Kadhai panner via Uber eats. Firstly, it was delayed as restaurant asked for more time. Once it got delivered it was over spicy. May be chef was in hurry and he just sprinkled all spices instead of cooking. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Delivery of partial food items and upon calling the owner blames uber eats and then asks me to resolve it uber eats. As a customer I am appalled with this kind of attitude. Customer pays for products and the business decides to pick a third party delivery service and somehow it's a customer problem.

The food we ordered was extremely disappointing. The drinks were not up to the level of taste nor was the quantity of the food. The Gobi tikka had only 4 pieces and papdi from papdi chaat was stale. Customer service of the restaurant was not that great too. Would not go again nor recommend anyone to go.

Food was full of spices but tasteless, have to rubbish all food sadly. Adding tons of masalas doesn’t make food tasty.

Ordered Guthivankaya (Eggplant) Biryani and Triple Manchurian Indo Chinese rice and noodles.
- Guthivankaya Biryani rice flavour is good but the egg plant underneath the rice is not fresh, smelt bad and uneatable.
- The triple manhurian dish is really delicious with quantity enough for 2 people.
- Customer service is prompt and friendly.
- Restaurant ambience is excellent.
- Will visit and give it another try with other food varieties.

Prices are slightly higher compared to other Indian restaurants but they provide a huge quantity of food to justify their price.

Just amazing and one of the best place to have Indian authentic quality food with your friends and family. The best ambience received in Melbourne restaurants after a very long time. Mostly like to thank you “Hema” who was very nice and professional in servicing us as a family member. Best wishes to lovely staff of Simply Indian restaurant team. This will be our go to restaurant for future for sure.

Gosh, as a teen, i love taking photos there, very aesthetic and really great waitresses! Riddhi was instantly making us comfortable and she was extremely sweet, we loved the food service! They were all so fast!

Had high expectations but I didn't the food as starters was very dry chicken was not good also mains it tasted I was literally eating garam masala.

Best south Indian food ever.absolutely loved it.and best service.thanks so much Riddhi.would highly recommend it.
