I have to say this company is as good as what Cars on Demand is to airport transfers.
I was able to chat live, Larissa answered my questions, I then purchased my product online at midday on a Tuesday and received my email that afternoon to say it was in the mail, and then the very next morning it was in my office at around 10: 30 am.
If I could give them 7 stars I would.

These guys provide great prices, fast shipments and the best support staff available. I've leaned on them multiple times when setting up new phone systems for our staff and they're always patient and very courteous.

It was easy to navigate the site and purchase the Plantronics CS510 Wireless Headset. The item arrived within two days and was easy to set-up. The leather cushion is much more comfortable than foam and the voice quality is crystal clear. Walking around the office is a breeze and there are no drop-outs, even 10m or more away from the base station. We will definitely purchase more of these as our business grows.

Our office administrator was desk bound when needing to answer frequent telephone calls. Having ordered and received a Plantronics CS540 wireless headset and Yealink EHS36 adapter from Simply Headsets, the administrator is now free to take calls while away from her desk and keeps her hands free to attend to other things. It was easy to install and connect to our Telstra phone system. We are delighted with the outcome and heartily recommend Simply Headsets for outstanding service, prompt delivery and supply of quality products.

I contacted Simply Headsets about a headset we had purchased from a competitor that we were having issues with after not receiving any help from that company. Kim Wullem was quick to come back and find out what type of headset we bought and what phone we were trying to connect to and offered troubleshooting solutions to assist. At no point did she try and sell us a brand new headset but offered some other connectors that would assist to get the headset to work.
