I have just received my headset from Simply Headsets. The headset is perfect and works amazingly well. However, I want to talk about the exceptional customer service I received.
Apparently, Startrack courier sent me package in the wrong direction. Instead of Sydney, it went to Perth. When I wrote to the team regarding this, I got prompt replies. They raised an escalation with the courier. I also got email every morning from Sue Port from Simply Headsets on the status of my package. It was really amazing to see someone going above and beyond to track my delivery everyday until I received it.
Thanks again for great service.
My only recommendation would be to stop using Startrack couriers.

My Jabra headset was on sale for an incredible price. Ordered it easily, was given a courtesy call follow-up that was professional and knowledgeable. The order was processed and shipped arriving on time in perfect condition, as advertised. I was skeptical at first, now blown away! Thanks:)

I am thoroughly impressed with the service, communication, and headset I purchased. Simply Headset's phone staff were very helpful, their website easy to browse and make an order, and there was almost instant delivery with impeccable communication to confirm the order details and update on delivery. I especially appreciate the care that was taken to ensure I had ordered the right USB connection. The headset is fantastic too.

I was very impressed with Chantelle Taylor's effort to help me on the live chat. But to top it off, Chantelle noticed that I ordered an item which I did not talk to her about and it was the wrong item. Chantelle emailed me to confirm if I ordered the ear pads for the same headset I was talking to her about and let me know they were wrong and changed my order to the correct pads.

This is by far the best customer service I have had from a company while buying online!

Got a call from the support team/customer care team checking in to make sure that the products I had ordered where correct and to confirm delivery, this was great in it's self to know my goods where being shipped, but the best part was being advised that I could save money if I purchased both products in a slightly different way.great products, great customer serve team!

Excellent experience. While other sellers (who shall remain unnamed) list items as in stock that they don't have, and you then have to fight for tracking details that don't exist or to get a refund, Simply Headsets have stock and ship it FAST.

Amazing Service!
I made the purchase about two months ago, while I am still a little undecided about the product that I chose, I compliment Chantelle and the Simply Headsets Team on the wonderful and intuitive service.
Chantelle took the time to call me by phone to ensure that I received the best possible service.
I have also used Simply Headsets in the past and all of my experiences with their service have been great. I would gladly recommend to others.

Had some problems with the headset I ordered and after being told I can't exchange it due to COVID, I was contacted by customer service who rectified my problem and agreed to an exchange. Overall ended up being a good result but be mindful of the updated return policy during lockdown.

I highly recommend this place. I bought a device here that did not deliver what it promised in the spec. Simply Headsets was incredibly helpful in organising a replacement. When that turned up and had the same issues, they did not argue and were perfectly fine to give me a refund. That got processed with no issues. I must say this is excellent customer service and I will highly recommend and be back for my own needs in future.

The customer service and support that Simply Headsets provide is exceptionally good. I was impressed and now choose them as a preferred supplier for myself and the organisation.

Great product knowledge, 'on point' customer service, immediate resolution to the one issue I had. When I was less than impressed with a product I bought, SimplyHeadsets (who contacted me!) facilitated a return and replacement with a superior model.

It's hard to find good service sometimes, but SimplyHeadsets has it in spades and I've had nothing but positive experiences.
