A word of care to anyone choosing to use this car yard, use your due diligence, ask questions and really check. They talk the talk and we have had so many problems since. Appalling and no duty of care. Our car is now sitting in our driveway, going no where.

Thank you for your advice, I have already and got zip. He thought he had already been fair enough, offered to go to one of his local mechanics but all closed til mid January. Not great for my son who needs his ute for work. By the way its only 4 months ago too.

Bought a car way above market value as I assured by the salesman it was in great condition etc.
I asked many questions, like
Is it mechanically sound, is there any rust, does the 4wd work properly. Etc etc

First tank of gas the battery died, the engine blew and needed replacing. Took it to a mechanic that found multiple issues, simple cars replaced motor after I'd spent 2k on mechanical diagnosis as per mechanical warranty directions. The motor needs a new cambelt as it is right on the Kms to replace. They said they would service the vehicle, they only changed the oil. No filter changes!
Then I find Windscreen has severe rust under the upper seal all the way across the top.
Driving along the gears disappear completely randomly. Needs major work.
Went to engage 4wd and driver's side locking hub not working properly.

Totally lied to by salesman who was more concerned about getting a photo and a 5 star review.

Asked for my money back as I had been pretty well deceived by salesman from the get go.

Simple cars said no.

Currently engaging consumer affairs.

Emailed them again saying I'm going to consumer affairs. No reply.

What a joke. Never again

Nick was a fantastic guide in looking for a car. He suggested a vehicle that we hadn't even thought of looking at, and it ended up fitting our requirements perfectly.
