I bought my car one month ago and very happy with the choice I've made. I was looking around in Car City wanting to buy a specific make and I came across Simple Cars. I met Joao, a customer service guy with great personality. He suggested and advised me to buy the car I have today which wasn't the one I initially had in mind:)! Thank You Joao! I picked up a car on Thursday from here after spending a few hrs the previous weekend going through the whole of Car City and throughout the whole process I found Andy to be absolutely fantastic.

I dislike pushy salespeople and was very happy to find that this car dealership was not that kind of place. I found the service people here to be down to earth people who didn't make me feel pressured or like they were trying to pull one over on me.

I went in thinking I had my mind set on a certain car brand and model. However I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered the opportunity to really get to know another car that Andy thought to be suitable for what I was wanting.

I ended up going with the suggested car after a lovely test drive and some very reasonable negotiations I found the right car for me.

Thankyou so much Andy and I would reccomend you and this dealership in a heartbeat to anyone interested in fantastic service, unrivaled knowledge and to top it all off a great coffee.

Yesterday I rang and spoke with Toby and today I paid for my 2nd Nissan Murano? Toby what can I say that will be enough thanks for the way you spoke, the decency in your voice but how you went above and beyond in helping me purchase my little SUV, we joked about my Ex husband being a sales rep, clearly he is not in the same class of an amazing human like yourself. I truly don't think you understand how much I appreciate everything you have done for me, now as I sit and eagerly await the arrival with so much excitement. Honestly I went out of my comfort zone doing a purchase like this but Toby you made me feel at ease and valued. So if anyone wants or needs a car then these people are definitely worth the effort. Payed over $20,000 for a car and they can't even regas the aircon that doesn't work before pick up really poor form from this car yard beware.

Bought my car a month ago, the car has served me well so far. Simple cars were really helpful to acquire my first car especially Tobby. I would recommend they improve on their communication especially when dealing with financial matters, other than that, i was impressed.
