We are in the finance industry and we store lots of financial data which is confidential and its important for all our data storage to remain secure. We had engaged the service of Simple Biz. And the support we received from the team is amazing. Simple Biz had installed some programs to ensure all computers are protected which give us a peace of mind. We are using Mac in the office where each Mac is a few years old now (like 5 years) and our computers are slow. Instead of buying a new Mac which is not feasible for a team of 12, Adrian had taken our Mac away, ripped it off, and put some new hardware in it and its now super fast. To minimise disruption, Adrian team came to take the Mac away at 5pm, and his team work until 11pm for us and deliver the Mac back to us the next morning. Really thankful and the Mac is now super fast and secure. Craig is the General Manager and he is so approachable, genuine and always listen to our need. Billy is the support technician, ad hoc person whom is always there whenever I call him, and have issue with my computer. He used Teamviewer to access to computer and fix my issues remotely until 6.30pm with no complaint. Simple Biz is a great genuine business whom will look after you as they promise and deliver and go above and way beyond for us. Highly recommended
