Simple Biz started as an outsourced partner to our business in 2019 after we'd had many years of employing good internal IT staff. It took a few months to settle into this new way of working, including an office move which required more than 'BAU'. A year down the track, SimpleBiz is working really well with us; the team is reliable, supportive and capable. Those three words might seem a bit boring, but think about the alternative - unreliable, disinterested and incapable!
