Silverwater Resort

We had booked this place on Groupon at a good rate subject to availability then we rang and the manager said we can't have the room because they wait to c if they can get full price for it. The manager was very rude and actually hung up the phone on us they will never get business from me again

Great onsite facilities, and landscaped immaculately. L&1brm apt was spacious and well appointed. Indoor pool is huge and satisfactorily maintained, breakfast buffet is worth the spend and flexible, accomodating staff made this midweek break one worth reviewing.

Loved it! My partner and I had such a lovely relaxing time. Our room was so lovely and cosy.

Staff where really helpful and were passionate about what they do.

Food was delicious.

Best Birthday weekend away.

Meal portions too small for the price. But very yummy.
Will return with own mattress topper & possibly eat elsewhere

New, affordable if getting vouchers through groupon. Clean and well kept. All the facilities needed for a family resort. Pool, games room, nice restaurants. Well recommended for a quick get away with the family.

Low cost accommodation but absolutely lovely apartments, well appointed kitchen and fabulous facilities like pools, jumping pillow, and play equipment. We travel with kids regularly and Silverwater resort delivers on being a perfect place for families, but without feeling cheap and nasty.

We've been coming to Silverwater for sometime now and still look forward to going back. There's alot to do within the resort. Great views of the water and we enjoy the selection of food at the buffet.

Room is small, kettle’s leaking, cutlery is dirty, bed is very uncomfortable, the back of the couch got milk stain, and worst of all, the so called “free wifi” is very difficult to connect - I tried nearly 20 times before I could join the network and dropped out after 3 minuets. Consider the price we paid, a very disappointed experience.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly enough but the bed was horrendous! My partner and I have left with extremely sore backs. After our first night there we approached the staff who said they could only offer a mattress topper as a solution. This did nothing to help. The mattress was a brick. Sadly we will not be returning.

We had an issue and informed managerment, the manager was argumentive and confrontational making the holiday quite unenjoyable. We left early!
The rooms are dated and generally showing lots of wear and tear, raw plugs hanging out the wall, no not water for a shower, enough said.

This place is great but soundproofing is unbelievably bad unless the occupants above our room were dinosaurs or extremely overweight. We stayed at a room on the lowest level and we could hear the occupants run up and down from 7pm to 12 midnight.

Perfect location on the hill just outside San Remo, had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with an amazing view over the ocean towards Phillip Island. Service was wonderful, would highly recommend

The evening started with a cold coffee from the bar, the most disgusting vegetarian ragout (saw many plates of it go back) and then was topped off with a dessert that was covered in what I'd stipulated I'm anaphylactic to. The dessert that I finally received was beautiful. The fourth large function I've been to here and thankfully the last.

Wonderful views from the room and reception area. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Room was great and came with all the fixings to be able to cook your own meals. Had full acess to pool, spa and steam room. Staff were all very nice and welcoming. Would definitely return in the future!

Basic accommodation. Sheets were hard and rough and rooms noisy as it is a family hotel. The restaurant is overpriced for average food.
The only redeeming feature is that the service is efficient and the staff are friendly

We stayed here overnight for a function and dinner and loved it. Reception staff great, room was delightful with wonderful view of ocean and a comfy bed, dinner delicious and breaky exceptional. Will definitely return again. Lots to do in the areas surrounding here as well. Other customers children seemed to love the facilities as well.

Excellent service and wonderful views. Amenities in room were all inclusive and even had a bbq on the balcony! Resort facilities were great, especially the pool and steam room. Make sure to get the buffet breakfast as the honey comb was a pleasant surprise. Great place to stay.

Closers on doors top heavy to open. Sliding door to balcony only slides with massive force. WiFi does not work. Restuarant was only saving grace, with very good meals. Staff very pleasant. Dont think I'll be back and can't recomend.

Lovely apartment style accommodation with breathtaking views out to the ocean. Loved as the storms came in off the coast! Great restaurant also, food was excellent and amenities great.

The apartment we stayed in was lovely and we'll maintained. The resort has facilities that carter pretty much for every type of guest, sonar, swimming pool and a playground for the little ones
