Silkies Rose Farm

My rose arrived with diseased leaves. I contacted the company and they said it came from another farm. They said sorry.
Not the guaranteed healthy roses they advertise. No offer to refund but instructions to strip the diseased leaves, spray with oil and feed with seasol. Really disappointing.

Received my 3 climbing Iceberg roses from Silkies Rose Farm via Australia post in excellent condition. Followed instructions and planted in garden. 2 weeks later were covered in buds and now have beautiful clusters of vivid white roses. Cannot recommend Silkies Rose Farm enough.

I have been ordering roses through Silkies Rose Farm a few times now for friends and family that have lost a love one and also recently for my Mums birthday. The roses are beautiful and when sent are all lovely wrapped if a gift and if not comes in a great box all packed to protect the rose. The customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommend Silkies Rose Farm if you ever would like to give a rose to someone as a gift or in memory of a loved one. My Mum received her rose today and is over the moon, so surprised and happy with everything and the little touches. THANK YOU so much

I chose Duchesse de Brambant and Baronne de Rothschild last year.

They arrived in perfect condition, very healthy and have been prolific growers and have given lots of blooms. Duchesse is currently full of plump buds.

I ordered 2 "Dear Father" rose plants for my sons following the sudden death of their dad, knowing that the 1st fathers day and birthday (same day) would be difficult. Silkies Rose staff were so kind and understanding in their communication with me, and bent over backwards to give advice re time frame for delivery. I can say that my sons were so touched by the name of the rose, and also the excellent state of the rose plant, despite it being in transit for nearly 2 weeks. The card was hand written which was was lovely, so thank you so much! I may just do this annually for them.

I recently purchased 90cm standard rose trees and when it arrived after 6 month of waiting. I was very dissatisfied with the product, due to the size and the measurement of the roses tree. I had made the same order for different rose variety with Treoloar roses for 90cm standard rose trees and the quality and size of the rise tree is very different to Silkie roses. I would not order from Silkie roses in the future and would not recommend their products to other. I now have size rose treea but ordered 90 cm standard for all my roses trees. Very unhappy and very dissatisfied

Ordered the roses online. Wanted a special one which has the same name as my Granddaughter. Only place l could find one. I have never seen such beautifully packed plants for shipment. In perfect condition. Cant thank you enough. Wishing you all the best. Julie F.

I am so happy with my Blue Moon rose purchase it is for my daughters 20th wedding anniversary and she had these roses in her. Bouquet Diana was so helpful and had it posted to NSW with no problems at all Will definitely buying more roses from silkies rose farm and are going to organise a trip to visit the farm. I have no hesitation in recommending this online store.

Thanks guys for the lovely rose plants. They are starting to grow so nicely up our espaliered wall - I can't wait to share some pictures with you once they start blooming, we already have a few buds that are starting to pop out. I dont usually leave reviews but I have to make an exception for Silkies Ros Farm. I have ordered a few roses over the last couple of years from Silkies and I have always been very happy with their services. They are well wrapped and shipped with great care. The roses have all grown beautifully. I will definitely be back for more next season!

I received my rose today and it was beautifully packed and the soil was still moist - the plant looks very healthy with some buds on it already!

Disgusting customer service.

Waited months for 2 rose bushes and only 1 Bush arrived. I paid a large premium to Silkies as they said they had the rose I wanted in stock and no one else did. Then they delayed for months. Then they failed to deliver. No communication and no refund.

Aweful experience, I'd never use them again.

I bought a Fathers Love for my darling dad who passed away at 55, then the Childs love for my 4 year old son who passed away and then Mothers Love for my beautfil Mum who passed away in 2018, and I bought a Mothers Love for my sister who loved it so thank you for the roses

I arranged to have a gift rose ‘Mother’s Love’ to be sent to my daughter last year. It’s the first rose she has ever tried to grow and she is absolutely delighted with the results, she now has an abundance of magnificent, perfumed flowers.
