Silkies Rose Farm

I ordered the wrong kind of rose. Asked to cancel order and then planned to reorder correct kind. Was asked to transfer funds into an account to cover the cost difference and declined (sounds like a scam - how do I know this is right account etc - initial payment made by credit card) then was charged 5% to cancel and told money could not be refunded without my bank account details.
When I called to unravel this weird situation I received a serious lecture about how much time had been spent on a $42 rose. Then was quizzed about whether I knew the location of business, the weather report there and what the owner was going through (no, no and no, just trying to fix up my order!)
I was asked not to contact again which I am very happy to comply with. Still not quite sure what I've done wrong apart from call "out of hours" (at 3: 30pm on Monday) but there you have it.
Obviously a difficult time and stressful situation for this business so best avoid this one!

Bought a Loving Memory Rose in memory of my beautiful young daughter who I lost recently. Arrived by post beautifully packed and carefully protected. All planted and fingers crossed! I have no green thumb

My partner orded 4 plants, arrived very well packed in 2 days with an extra rose plant as a freebie

Plants are healthy, shipped well and presented well.

Defensive, blaming and unprofessional customer service by the owner when one of the roses came dead.
Bought few times from them and all the stock is very weak, dying within couple of months, - compared to other suppliers, whose plants grow strongly. Won’t use again.

The last 4 climbing roses I bought arrived when I was away. On my return they were given due care and now are absolutely thriving. They are so healthy and were planted in challenging soil and position. They will make fabulous screens. Thank you Di.

Very unhappy with their communication. We order and then had an issue tried to cancel straight away. We never received a response until hours later with the reply that sorry your order has been shipped. They can send emails but do not reply in a timely manner. Very disappointed

This place is good to come for roses. They have lots of varieties of roses to choose from and they are very nice plants. They are well looked after. Prices are not bad and the staff are friendly and helpful.

What a lovely experience we had today with the beautiful Diana and Toy Poodle "Moy" were so welcomed. Great range of beautiful roses and Diana is a wealth of knowledge and so helpful. Definitely be back, highly recommend.

Oh Wow! Picked up my climbing rose this morning.
Superb packaging. When I got it out of the box it was in amazing condition! In fact, it is now in the ground on it's arbour. Feed of Seasol and away it grows! Bonus.it has buds already!

The potted rose arrived in hot sunny Queensland covered in buds & in perfect condition. It has provided me with abundant blooms - 5 Stars

Loved my roses but I ordered two potted and they came one on top of each other. And the top one (Nahema) had its new growth stems broken had only one stem left - bit disappointed

Amazing service, ordered on a Wednesday, received on a Friday during the pre Christmas busy season!

I received a different rose to what I ordered, two days later after emailing they finally shipped the correct rose.

Unfortunately I then received this.
When I asked what the black spots were on the leaves I received no response.

I bought some rose climbers last year and one of them never flowered, I contacted Silkies and Diana assured that it would flower this year. This year its got buds and ready to flower. Thank You for your support. Good things take time!

All aspects of my transactions with Silkies Rose Farm have been perfect. Have found some of my favourite roses here again after losing them through drought. When posted they have arrived in perfect condition and in a very timely manner. This will be my first stop for roses in future. I have ordered twice now from Silkies and both times have been wonderful. My Roses are a delight and already I have my eye on my next order. I have them in pots around my garden rather than planting them in the ground. Great service and prompt delivery, roses came in wonderful condition both times. Thank you for making my day
