Had to wait 40 mins to get our order taken, then the drinks took another twenty mins to arrive. Approached a staff member who responded to my complaint that I had only been there 20 mins and that I was wrong because she sat my party. Appalling front of house staff member that lowered the tone of the establishment.

A fantastic institution with great staff and a great vibe. It gets cold up there at times but it sure is worth it. I wish the government would allow places like Siglo to serve a full meal with smoking. Smoking a cigar/s especially in Australia with our obnoxious tax is more often than not a rare treat or something enjoy by people whom are not going to put pressure on the health system.

Stop babying grown adults who are well aware of their life choices.

We came as a big group on a whim and although we couldn’t get a table with a booking the staff were really accommodating and we ended up staying for a long time on the roof drinking their great selection of cocktails

A great rooftop bar in an excellent location with the cool outlook.
Nothing better for afternoon, after work drinks, then this place on a hot day.
I like to get the champagne service, nothing better than bubbles with company.

Still an old favourite. Great view and great place to actually have conversations with your friends.

Great rooftop bar with fantastic atmosphere. Inconspicuous door which was a bit hard to find but worth a visit. Only wish is that smoking is banned.

We came here for a nice drink prior to a wedding and the staff were incredibly rude. We were greeted with scowling faces and made to feel as if they were doing us a favour by allowing us to sit down. Menus shoved in our face, no water at the table (even after requesting it) and continual questioning about how many of us were coming (despite the entire place being empty). The drinks are outrageously expensive, the staff couldn’t recommend drinks (again, shoving menus in our face) and we were charged excessively extra because it was a Sunday. Go literally anywhere else.

Dismal and snooty service, most expensive drinks in Melbourne unfortunately this place has jumped the shark. Melbourne service is world famous and they simply don’t get it.

Great venue. The staff are extremely knowledgeable on whiskey, wine and cigars. The ambiance is exactly what you want for a nightcap on a warm summers evening, and well heated in winter, we will definitely be back — probably more than we should be

Great vibe here. Roof top bar has nice views over Spring St. Good selection of drinks including some decent craft beer.

A rooftop bar that still allows smoking!? No thanks, I'd rather pay premium prices elsewhere and not breathe second hand smoke. Plenty of other amazing places in Melbourne, I won't be back until you get with the times!

We came here for a nice Saturday afternoon drink. View is awesome. But that’s about the only nice thing about this bar. The staff were extremely rude, rushing us with our order and having a go at us for requesting a 4-seater table for 2 people when literally the entire rooftop was empty. Obviously I would never make this request if they were busy, but there were 2 other guests apart from us. We were also very surprised that a bar in 2018 still allows smoking in a public place. As non-smokers, we moved away from the table next to us as don’t enjoy inhaling smoke, and were told off by a horribly rude waiter for moving. Seriously, take a chill pill and get rid of the attitude (and please, the dirty cigars too).

One staff member was so pretentious and rude we left before ordering. Siglo used to have it but there are too many other great bars in Melbourne, you don't need to put up with stuck-up staff. Will never go back based on that experience.

Terrible. Accused me of not paying the bill. Total joke. Most officious staff I've ever come across. No apology, just attitude. Very poor.

Very nice atmosphere, great selection of drinks and cigars.
I've had some problems with some staff not attending the table to take more drink orders and being a bit slack. But other staff are world class servers. Seems to bit some issues hiring enough quality staff. If you get a bad server, don't be afraid to tell them! They pickup the service quality straight away.
