A high class and authentic dining experience, the customer service is very good and the ambience and interior are reminiscent of what I've seen in Tokyo. The ramen was rich and quite creamy. I would recommend this place, though it is a little on the pricier side

Great Service and tasty Ramen, it wasn't usual pork broth and it was chicken broth ramen. Loads of variation and good menu.

Hands down the best ramen in town! The broth is rich and flavorful, noodles are perfectly cooked, and the toppings are fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I can't get enough of this place!

The food is delicious but the service is terrible. The waitresses have no service mind. They quickly put the food on the table. And some fell on the plate but they didn't do anything and didn't say anything. We loss some food

Wow. Lost for words! But here goes anyway. Me and my friend Jacob were in the city and overcome with a sudden hunger for some Japanese cuisine and by some sort of miracle we wandered past Parco Ramen. Drawn in by the delicious smell we ordered two bowls of their signature ramen. Oh boy was it tasty! Just as we slurped our final noodle a kind staff member came past and asked us how we enjoyed our meal. Fantastic service and a truely authentic Japanese atmosphere. Loved the one piece memorabilia! Will be back again in no time, 11/10

Not our first time here.
The QR table ordering is rubbish and lazy.
Although the ramen is good. Didn’t have chicken karage after we ordered it.
Received two ramens instead of one, was not offered a refund nor given a refund.
The shop was a mess, water on the floor where we were sitting.
Then at 440 am both my wife and I were up with diarrhoea. Hence the time stamp on this post.
Looks like the place is closing down.
Down from 3 stars to one.
Won’t be coming back.

The black truffle ramen wasn't as good as I expected after reading the reviews but it wasn't bad. Maybe it wasn't to my taste compared to the other ramen shop I had before (didn't feel the smell of truffle that much) I think I will be back to try their signature ramen next time.

20mins to get one Ramen served, another 20mins to get one tempura served, have to ask multiple times but waiters seems impatient. Bad experience!

Delightful broth and the noodles were fresh and soft. Very big portions. We also had the dumpling, delicious as well, but the ramen is definitely the star.
Super recommend!

Noodles were springy but soup is quite salty. Place is rather small and congested. Price is good if you get the discount app.

Would’ve given 5 stars but my son had severe allergy hours after we had dinner at home. Lucky it wasn’t life threatening for him but it was still not a pleasant experience.

He ordered the Signature Ramen with pork, he didn’t finish it so had leftovers to take home.

Today we tasted his ramen and can clearly tell the broth has prawn or crayfish as ingredients. I believe this is what triggered his allergy badly last night.

I just want Parco Ramen to clarify if these ingredients are included in the pork ramen? If so, it needs to be noted clearly on the menu as it could be life threatening for someone with major allergy issues.

I saw there is lobster ramen on your Monee Ponds menu so I am guessing the broth has somehow landed on the Elizabeth store yesterday?

Otherwise, we will come back for more as we really enjoyed the food and the service.

Wow. A mouse crawled over my foot. I told the staff. No apologies or acknowledgement. Yes it was late at night but the service was not great. Ok I understand. But the food wasn’t that great neither. Overly stiff ramen in salty broth. Overall not a good experience. Avoid at all cost. There are plenty of great ramen places around. Mr Ramen San for example.

The ramen was pretty good and the menu creative - the first time I’ve seen Yuzu ramen in Australia. The overall experience wasn’t good. Inside everything feels oily and also dusty, the service non-existent and what looked like the two owners arguing in the tiny shop. A pretty uncomfortable place to eat and expect a bit more for a $20 ramen.

Daniyeru's Detailed Review:

Customer Service 5/5
*Greeted politely by waitress. Not authentic like when you are in Japan where they welcome all customers with a Irrashaimase! But in Australian standards, good enough!

Food 3/5
*Truffle Pork Ramen:
Was very average and it was about $25. I can't comment much for this as even Instant packet ramen had more flavour. Let alone the extremely steep price. Real ramen like in Japan is 400% cheaper, fresher and tastier. I wouldn't recommend and just go elsewhere for a good ramen, not here. Maybe if you are drunk as this place apparently opens 24 hours I think. Might be good when your taste buds have beer goggles on.

Value 2/5
*$25 for a truffle ramen was completely not worth it when compared to the taste (or more like lack of taste)

Atmosphere 5/5
*Judt like in Japan, counter style and Japanese theme. I do really like the set up here though! Good for dates/mates

Overall
*Would come here for a drinking / casual date, but would not come here for a culinary experience. Definitely not! But would be cool for a date as they have strong 196 cans.

Me and my friends eat here for the dinner, we tried the dons and it tastes very bad, the pickles are disgusting and the meat are hard like rocks. Further more, my friends says this place is one of my ex’s favourite so definitely will give it a 0.5/10

A must visit for Ramen lover. The broth is very thick, creamy, tasty and full of flavour. Love both signature and vegan miso ramen. All the sides like Takoyaki and karaage also delicious and cooked perfectly. The downside is the restaurant is small and have very tight space.

Quite a curious ramen as they used chicken broth instead of pork and yet give most if not all dishes the option to have pork chashu as the meat. Small functional space.

Very basic. Ramin is not worth the price they charge. Ordered minso ramin with pork and it was just disappointing. Expected nice and hot ramin but it was barely hot in temperature and tasteed very basic. TWO star for karaage as it had a bit of flavour going on. Service don't even want to say it but FYI just terrible.

Not going back again! FYI - Don't fall for the pictures as it doesn't taste like it looks

Friendly staff.
However, server gave us a bowl of noodle from another customer, not pleasant (sent back).
Next, chicken karage are smaller than my dog’s balls.always check your dish for stains and quality control.
Lastly, noodle flavour is nothing compared to their noodle fron few months ago!
Honestly, place needs a higher quality kitchen staff.
