My husband and I had our wedding here a year ago, the night was magical with a few minor hiccups - coffee and tea weren't served, and some guests found that their meals weren't right but all in all everyone had a great time.

The organisation of the team was wonderful, we had the luxury of dealing with Rachel and then moving onto Claire, when she moved on, and there was not much we had to worry about. The venue was amazing and we are so grateful to have such a wonderful day.

Thanks team SEG, you guys were a breeze to deal with and thank you for the amazing venue.

Very slow service for a formal event -200 person. Dinner scheduled 630, we got our meal at 8: 50. Food was very good though!

Coole Event Location direkt an der Promenade des Yarra Rivers. Hauptsächlich Außenbereich. Verteilung des Essens war vielleicht nicht ganz optimal organisiert, da sich sehr sehr lange Schlangen gebildet haben.

What an amazing experience attending my friend's wedding. Delicious food and great service. Definitely a night to remember

Completely ripped off at the Aquarium New Years Party. Horrible cheap food, everything freezer to deep fryer, Aquarium lights turned off, aircon turned off, room lights turned on, DJ like from the 2000s and cheap welcome cocktail. The "cloakroom" was suddenly the usage of Aquarium lockers having to repay every other hour. These reset at midnight, unable to be opened again after the event, waiting around with my dog alone at home for an hour longer than expected without my shoes retrieved. Well and ever since have been waiting for my pair of $350 high heels to be returned to me. Event Operations Manager saying it was shipped but no tracking number provided, like promised. Then 10 days later, they claim the item was returned to their office. Being in lockdowns and with all this pandemic drama we all really hoped for a good night. This was literally so bad. Stay away from these organisers. Amateurs. Even the refund leaves me with a sour taste, seen as I don't expect to see my property any time soon, if ever. "Will the Operations Manager", sure.

A friend & I visited today to experience the so called “High Tea. Whilst the property & the house are truly lovely, the high tea itself was an absolute disappointment. We consider ourselves “High Tea Aficionados” & have experienced many. This one sadly did not come close, where to begin, firstly the sandwiches were poorly cut, too big, too thick & of an uneven size. The remainder of the offerings were very ordinary. The scones (fruit ones) were impossible to cut, the outside was just so hard, almost like the crust on sourdough bread. Everyone knows that a lovely light scone just breaks apart, you don’t even need a knife, but these were so hard, stale & tough, totally inedible. As for the tea it came lukewarm & had a nasty taste. We asked for replacements but it came just as the first lot, ghastly, we ended up with 6 cups on the table. Happy to pay the price, but only if what you receive is just that little bit special. This was definitely not. Very underwhelming to say the least, and because we had been looking forward to this outing so much, this just added to our overall disappointment. We were actually shocked at how bad it was. I am so angry I will be seeking a full refund. I await your response Showtime! And I will be contacting Rippon Lea to voice my displeasure with your company. And before I finish don’t for one minute blame Covid, nothing can excuse such pitiful offerings.

Thus a great spot to hold and event. Been here twice for the office Christmas and Conference. Friendly staff, great food and well thought out indoor and outdoor spaces. Parking at the DFO Wilson's car park is just 2 mi s away. $12 fro. 6-11: 30pm Trams are just across the river by the board walk.

Came here for a candlelight concert. Beautiful setting but the service and organisation could have been much much better. Strange that the bar was only serving wine and spirits, but not beers or cider. Ordering drinks was unnecessarily slow as they did not have their EFT machines ready.

As for getting here, the best option is probably DFO South Wharf but it doesn’t come cheap. I parked across the highway which was free street parking and walked here, about 10 mins.

The team at showtime are amazing to deal with! We postponed so many times they went above and beyond to ensure that we were looked after. We loved the cargo hall, its so beautiful, everything was magical and everyone was so helpful. Thanks to Rachel, Brad and Ryan and the team for all your support and wonderful day. Ps the food is to die for!

Set up for event was absolutely beautiful, lights, candles and flowers. Great night, great location.

As well as having a whole swag of beautiful venues under their stable aside from their namesake, these legends are run like a well oiled ship by folks who care as much about your day as you do. Qualities that you end up finding out one way or another are really important in a planner!

Choosing Showtime Events for our Wedding was the best decision ever! From the moment we met Gavin we knew that we were in good hands and our wedding would be as perfect as we imagined.

The riverside location, venue, food, service and staff were beyond exceptional.

They were also very versatile and adaptable to changing circumstances that were out of our control and managed to handle it very quickly and professionally.

We just had our wedding at Showtime and WOW! We met so many other coordinators and planners who over promised and under delivered each and every time we asked them for something obscure. Gavin on the other hand, took it in full stride and rather than over promising looked into it for us.each time returning to us and being able to deliver! We loved his down to earth nature and his excitement towards our wedding made us excited.everything you need for the lead up to the wedding! If we could get married again, we would come back 100 times out of 100, on the basis that Gavin was our coordinator! Make sure you specifically ask for Gavin to coordinate your wedding, you won't regret it!

The atmosphere, food and planning is exceptional at this place. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

This modern venue is a great place for a corporate event. The vibe is chilled and relaxing. This venue is located within the South wharf precinct and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Parking is easy for our team Kelleeflowers Melbourne to set up flower arrangements.

I had event in the showtime on March 24 I don’t know how to describe this but I can say all staff very friendly and professional from start to end not only me received great service all my guests did too. I had a very good feed back from all my guests. Special thank to Roan and his team that manage the night.

Love everything about this venue. From the food to the Service and attitude of the staff. It is so hard to find anywhere where people genuinely want to serve and care for your needs and the needs of your guests these days - but Showtime does! Karinda is amazing if you are lucky enough to end up with her assistance and the venue is so flexible to ensure your special day/event is just as you envisioned. Definitely a bit on the pricey side compared to other venues but honestly worth every penny. You get what you pay for!

From the first contact I made with the sales team and right through to the final planning stages with my dedicated Event Co-Ordinator, I didn't think things could get any better.but WOW! The delivery and execution of my event was like no other. The team at Showtime are all absolutely incredible and their professionalism is second to none.
There isn't a venue I would recommend more highly than Showtime.
