Showbiz Cinemas Ballarat

Not having been to the cinema for many years, this was quite an experience! Seating was like being in your lounge chair! So comfy, loads of room and they recline!

Always good here, altho crazy line out the door, was not a gd social distance experience, had the theater to share with but 6 others, good helpfull service,

Small local cinema. Pros: nearby, inexpensive tickets. Cons: Popcorn is $11.50. The theatres are a shape that can be hard on your neck.

I love going to Showbiz to see movies. Small cinemas with comfy chairs and the ability to book your seats beforehand. Prices for food are reasonable and they're clean.

Really worth becoming a member. Pick your seats when you book and beat the queues. Nice comfy chairs too.

Nice cinema fairly new about 3 years old. Large seats that recline as long as you keep pressure on the back of them. As usual over priced sweets, popcorn etc just where the kids can find it on the way in.

Went here last night foe the first time to see Godzilla v Kong, the quality was amazing, food and drinks were great and the service was friendly. The seats were comfortable and could move the back to be in a much more relaxed seating. Honestly nothing wrong here.

Great cinema with friendly and polite staff. Recently watched 2 movies and both times the staff were very friendly, greeting all patrons and very courteous.

There was a medical incident too which was swiftly handled and professionally managed.

Seats are comfy but it’s a self (body weight) recliner. Will definitely return when in the vicinity again.

First time I've been to the movies since Covid-19. Was a bit nervous, but all was good. Plenty of room between patrons, staff kept checking to make sure we all stayed in our seats. Afterwards, they were ready with the cleaning products. Well done and very well organised. Thank you.

I haven't been to the cinema in a long time as I didn't see the value in gold class and the regular seats in other cinemas were just too uncomfortable. I thought I'd give it a go and was amazed at how comfortable the seats are and the the back reclines as started. It has revived my love of going to the movies and have already booked to go again to see some classics on the big screen for the first time. Highly recommend

Showbiz Ballarat is a very good cinema. Very conveniently located near the shopping plaza at Delecombe. Very friendly and helpful staff. They do have allocated seating but we didn't find that an issue, especially during Covid. Would definitely recommend it as it isn't as busy as the other cinema in Ballarat.

We always have a good time at Showbiz. Nice modern cinemas. If you are a club member it's easy to book on line and just walk in pass the q. Got to love the internet!

I love the fact that it is always easy to get a park close to the theatre.
Love being able to chose where you get to sit (provided you’re early enough).
The website has been changed! I used to be able to see ‘Now Showing’ and ‘Coming Soon’ but can’t now, disappointing.

Love having a cinema down this side of Ballarat, also love that you have to book your seats and you can choose where to sit.the seats are really comfortable, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the price for admission is fair but if you get a members ticket it is even better, very family friendly, you can also get an alcoholic beverage if you so desire so.since it has opened don't think I have been to the recent at all.
Will keep going back there.

Great seats. Normally leave other cinemas with my back hurting but not here. The seats are comfortable. The cinemas are nice and clean. At first i thought i would hate the designated seating but its great as you can always sit with the ones you went with.

Great staff nice small theatres with great sound. I went to watch 2 movies. 1 was frozen 2.2 was jumanji the next level. Both I had amazing service. The only thing I have to complain about is the prices for food. I had to pay 10 dollars for one barge box of popcorn and a small is 8. And then it was 5 dollars for a drink I could have gotten at woolies for 3 dollars but I guess you have to expect that with movie theatres. Other than the prices great family orientated place
To go and great For young kids.

I booked on line with showbiz cinemas to see the lion king with my husband and grandson, it wasn't until I arrived at the cinema, that it was pointed out to me that I had booked the session on the wrong night. The young manager Chris was so helpful and understanding he not only swapped our tickets to the correct session but also allocated us into better sets than I had booked for myself. Keep up the great service.

Love coming here as it is convenient and easy to get to. DTC is starting to get a little too crowded now though, so already needs to consider expanding

Great cinema with comfortable seats and e sassy parking and access. It is great to be able to enjoy a beer in any cinema.
