We left the store as the wait was too long and we weren’t even acknowledged. There was no one else queues up, disappointed

Staff were very friendly and helpful despite being extremely busy. They had large size (adult 12-14) school shoes. Yay!

Fitting service from the staff is always excellent.

The QR code queuing with SMS notification is excellent. They even have a screen in the store to show you where you are in the queue.

Despite being super busy, they were organised due to their queuing system. Once we were attended to, we were in and out quickly.

Back to School shoe shopping can be a nightmare - but this team made it a dream.
Checking in, knowing how many were in line ahead of us and the option (which I did not know of this time but will use next time) of making an allocated appointment time - and then being looked after by trained and friendly staff - it all worked very well.thank you

Went to by the first school shoes for my 5 year old son. Despite having the store filled with customers, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Sarah did such an amazing job sorting out the correct shoe size and was very efficient and thorough with her knowledge. Thank you for your services and will definitely come back for more shoes in the near future.

Jason served us today. We went as our 6 year old daughter needed a new pair of shoes for school. We had other things to do at Chadstone and were there for a while. When we finally got back to the car my daughter said 'That guy at the shoe shop was really nice! ' Thanks Jason for being so friendly and helpful and making the experience so memorable for my daughter.:)

Went to buy new shoes and school shoes for my daughter yesterday 27 Dec. Jason was lovely and helped us with fitting and finding the best shoes for her wide feet. Then gave my daughter stickers at the end. Fast and outstanding service as always. Definitely recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The staff member had a good knowledge of stock and suitable alternatives for the ind of shoes that we needed to purchase. It's a busy time of year (back to school) so I recommend booking and appointment online so you don't have to wait.

The girl who served us was so wonderfully helpful and efficient. Buying school shoes was a surprisingly enjoyable experience!

I don't usually leave reviews, but Jason at Chadstone was so great at fitting my sons new shoes I just had to make an effort to let everyone know.

The new booking in service is great, easy to do. We were well looked after by Danni (@ Chadstone) who was friendly, knowledgeable and great with the kids.

Very friendly and professional and made my toddler feel at ease. Will definitely be back again to purchase more shoes!

Had a booking for a fitting, turned up, shop was closed with a sign saying it wasn't opening that day. Pretty disappointed not to be contacted directly so my time wasn't wasted. Sent an email to customer service, over a week later, haven't seen a response.

Jason provided us exceptional customer service and answered all questions we had throughly. Jason was very polite and patient with my kids when measuring their feet for their correct shoe size.

I could not book in a fitting for opening time at 10am, the earliest available was 10.20am. I arrived more than ten minutes early. Sign says if you have booked a fitting, take a seat and wait for your name to be called. There were three customer being fitted already. A further two customers already in the store were called up next (they were in queue, not booked fittings). Getting closer to my time, another customer was called up - but this time, someone who had arrived in-store after me. I let one of the service assistants know I had a booked fitting for 10.20, had arrived nearly ten minutes ago. He said my online booking was for 10.20 am. Note - it was not quite 10.20am - but I explained again I had already been waiting nearly ten minutes, and they have just called up a customer who arrived in store after me. He simply walked off to serve someone else - a second person who had arrived in-store after me (in queue, not booked fitting). Then a third customer who arrived in store after me (also in queue, not booked fitting) was called up next. I left the shoe we had already chosen to try on and walked out. No stars for customer service and the process you have set up - I had to click on a star just to get this posted. (Footnote - I just received email from Shoes & Sox saying my fitting was cancelled because I had not turned up ten minutes before fitting. Kinda sums everything up)

The ability to book in advance and turn up without queuing is a life saver! I took a 5 and 3 year old today, Jason the fitting expert was funny and the experience went well. Still think the cards should be issued even with sale shoes and you need a rewards APP! So we don’t have to keep track of receipts.

Jason was absolutely terrific - he engaged with my two young children and did a great job with fitting their feet and recommending the correct shoes.
