Absolutely amazing service. Jason was very engaging with the kids and was a lot of fun. Who knew shoe shopping with the kids could be so much fun!

It was really busy at the time I visited, however needed a fitting done and did not realise you need to add yourself to the waiting list via a QR code that was on the wall. I waited a while before realising it was a new process.
The lady that served us was so patient and lovely, she was great and the service was perfect. Just needed to be told of the new process in a better way.

Don’t get me wrong, the staff members are all nice and patient. When 3 customers hold up 3 staff members for 20 minutes and more, all other customers have to wait for a long time. The workflow model perhaps needs to change so that staff members can help other customers while those customers need their kids to try on 3,5,6 or even more pairs.

Maread was amazing - so good with my daughter - and has gone above and beyond to ensure we can get what we need in the shortest time possible.

Store was well presented and great range to choose from. The staff were very friendly and attentive and had great knowledge about shoes and fit for my child.

I tend to follow my wife in when buying stuff for the kids - she is more price conscious, which is why we entered the shop today. However, I was impressed that the sales girl knew her products well and knew what was currently in stock. A pleasant and straight forward shopping experience for us!

Busy day when i visited the store but the staff member that helped us was polite and helpful. I like shopping there!

Jason helped us in store at Chadstone today. He connected easily with my little peep and listened to his feedback after putting on the different pairs of shoes. Jason made my little peep feel comfortable and was patient and knowledgeable which helped get the right shoe.

Served by Jason who showed amazing interest in my children, asking them questions about themselves and making them feel important. He was cheerful and thorough and I would have given more stars if I could. Thank you

We saw Jason at the Chadstone store who was amazing with my 6 year old daughter. He chatted to her throughout the whole fitting and made buying school shoes fun. At the end of the experience my daughter said ‘that was SO much fun mummy’. Thank you Jason for looking after us and we will be back!

Jason was our fitter and he was absolutely fantastic! Both our kids had a great time and he was very helpful!

I have a very bad shopping experiment today. I would say the staffs is discrimination. They are very nice and kind, giving a big big smile to the white people. But as a Asian, I am asking a female young staff to find a shoe size. She is unhappy and not willing to help me, which makes me feel I might do something wrong to her. I don’t know what happen with this store’s culture. I would never come back and recommend to anyone

Love the queueing system however space in the store is quite limited when waiting. We have had Jason on both occasions when fitting my son. Efficient and super friendly.

Mandy was assisting us today and she was really helpful and patient. Really good experience and our go-to for kids shoes all the time.

Katya (8) had the most positive experience shopping for shoes with the assistance of Jason at the Chadstone store. She can have quite particular fashion taste, along with comfort/fit intricacies, and Jason was very engaged with her from the very start. He made all the time in the world to focus on Katya, despite the store being busy. She walked out very happy, confident and relieved (as did her mother!). Thank you Jason for being a superstar.
