Took my boots in to get their bottom soles replaced.thought I’d wait a few weeks before I made a review. Long story short.heaps happy.reasonably priced.pleasant. Would recommend ️

Removed links off a brand new watch today, and previously resoled boots here. Efficient and friendly service. Reasonably priced. Couldn’t ask for more. I don’t think the other negative reviews here are necessarily fair. It’s not easy for these small businesses to survive on a shopfront commercial/retail space. And Shoe Guy has been here awhile now, so that’s saying something. From my point of view I’ve been happy with my experiences here. No complaints! Keep up the good work.

Extremely expensive. Charged $40 to replace batteries in two car keys, 10 mins work. Batteries probably only cost $5 for both.

Got my boots re-soled, $70 for the pair and well worth the costs. Reckon I've double the lifespan of these. Very comfortable. Key cutting is very quick and cheap and the service was awesome.

He looked at the brand of watches I had and noted they were Dolce and Gabana. I was charge twice what I paid in Brunswick. One is not working properly but will be taking it close to home in Coburg where my jeweller is reasonable.

I have gotten two keys cut here, they work great and it's such fast, easy, and convenient service. Taking into account they do much more, I'll be going over today for some shoe and watch repairs as well!

Wanted to charge me $60 to stitch, I kid you not, about 2cm along an old pair of leather shoes. With prices like that I am curious to know if they are actively trying NOT to earn money?

$80 quoted to do some engraving that a computer does anyway. When I explained I was surprised at how high his price was to engrave a stainless steel mug he explained that was his fee and I would find it hard to have someone do it for less. I had it done for $15 that afternoon. Yes, I had to drive 4 kms but it was worth saving $65. I find him generally expensive. Key cutting is half the price at Bunnings and at a Locksmith.

Charged me $18 (battery not included in this) to change a battery in a toy (small screwdriver not even required, I had just thought it was). I was a regular customer but will not return

The most expensive key cutting place I've ever been to and the cut key wouldn't fit in my door if it's life depended on it.

Appalling customer service. My car remote was damaged during a battery replacement, and the first reaction of the store owner was 'it's not my fault'. Was not offered any compensation or apology.
