Got two car keys cut and they did me a deal. That’s where the good review ends.
I had to bring my car back another day to get the keys programmed because the guy struggled with it initially, he said there’s something wrong with my car- there isn’t. He went through my car without my permission and found the manual. Finally one of the keys cut is so badly done it barely goes in. He said it was the key barrel of my car. It isn’t. Finally the actual immobilisers on the keys are dodgy, weirdly he let me know what bad quality they are at the very end. Not worth the deal. Not going back.

I got a key cut here, drove two hours to the lock and it doesn’t work. Driving there and back costs me $100. I don’t care how much a cut key costs, just that it’s done properly. Took a look against the original again and it’s obviously not a match.

Quality craftsmanship, honest observations and information provided. Realistic quotations and insight. Had a pair of vintage heels repaired, topy applied and heel repaired, beyond happy with them.

Rip off. They are rude and you shouldn't bother going there. Find a real professional

I took 4 pairs of boots to have protective sole put on last week. They were ready earlier than expected and excellent work done.

Needed to get extra holes put in ankle straps. Multiple other places had told me that the straps were too narrow, Shoe Guy had no issues with them. Shoes were done on the spot, did a great job, and customer service was fantastic!

Michael did a super job on this tricky engraving on a tiny (and well worn!) pendant. It took a lot of work to set it up correctly, and it came out beautifully. Thank you!

I originally didn't leave a comment but the owner wrote response complaining about that so here goes:
If you're after good, courteous customer service and good prices, maybe go somewhere else.
The person that served me was rude, didn't bother talking me through any options and, when I asked questions, acted like I was being unreasonable for wanting more info.
Also, he wasn't wearing a mask, summing up his whole vibe about not giving a stuff about anyone else.

If you have a look at the cranky responses that the owner has left to other reviews by people who have not been happy with the service they've received, you'll be able to see the vibe they have on offer on their customer service approach.

Amazing help with making me a new Honda key out of old parts, after I'd lost my last remaining proper key. Even my mechanic didn't think it was possible and I would have to get an Automotive Locksmith out, but they made it happen. Wonder workers.

Way over priced. They charge 7.95 to cut one standard key.
I was 1 dollar short in coins and they said sorry can’t help you.
Absolutely horrible rude people.
Would not recommend to anyone.
Ruined my day.

Changed watch battery twice and both times it lasted less than a month. Also owner is terribly rusde and brusque

Michael the shoe guy is great! I took my Birkenstocks in for a resole and he went above and beyond my high expectations. They look and feel brand new. To top it off they were the most affordable out of the other stores I researched, with an incredibly quick turn around to boot ;)

Didn’t want to glue heel back on my shoe.wanted to fix both heels for $30 on a pair of shoes that clearly weren’t worth the money.then tried to sell me glue for $16 for me to do it myself.hardly great customer service. I think he thinks women are stupid!

I can't believe I spent $24 for 3 flat battery.
I thought the music box was broken until I put other new batteries and found that the battery they sold me are actually flat! It's a scam.

Had to get a key cut for a 50 year old car today. Not straight forward at all but they approached it like a challenge. They’ve got a lot of old keys and got the job done with a smile and I’m happy.

Key cutting done in less than 10 seconds. I checked at home and it worked. Great accuracy at key cutting job.

Just got back a pair of good year welt boots that I had a resole. Great job, really happy with the way they look.
