Had a pleasant experience eating here. Upon arrival I was greeted with such great hospitality. The food was incredible and well seasoned. My partner loved the Nasi Goreng.

I look forward to my next visit

Service was lack, food very pricey and quality is average. Went to this restaurant when it just came out of lockdown for the first time. Never go back again.

Not even busy but still had to wait at least 10mins to get seated. No acknowledgement at all from manager on duty.wait staff was cold and robotic.unconsciencious of patrons needs.either staff has poor communication skills or manager isn't on top of their game.very disappointing from Crown

Very hospitable and accommodating. Food is very much on par with price. Not to be missed. It's a regular. Staff friendly and ambience cosy.

Not a great place to eat at all. Serving too small and food is ok too. Over expensive
Served us prawn cracker full of oil and no refund. When asked they said they are like that only. Never going back, wasted our money

Waiter seem extremely very slack not paying attention to the customers and when I was there was only 3 or 4 customer but waiter so extremely lazy Not wanting to serve. Hard to get waiter attention and they are slow.

Even one star is too generous for this place. Duck was nothing but bones. Asian vegetables consisted of cabbage with the hard bottom of the cabbage chucked on the plate. Asked for egg noodles (as was suggested by the waiter) and received rubbery vermicelli noodles instead. When we told the waiter our meals were very poorly prepared and presented they didn't seem at all apologetic or offer any compensation. Our total bill was over $170 so even a sorry might have been nice to receive. Save yourself a waste of money and your time and eat elsewhere. Disgusting.

Totally agree with some of the reviews, the lamb was undercooked, the chicken was dry and we ordered spring rolls and they were forgotten. Might need to up their game a bit - very disappointing

The salmon took over 30 minutes to arrive and was under cooked and not crispy skin and cold in the middle I had finished my meal long before my partners meal arrived In all fairness they took the salmon off the bill

Food is good but don’t expect standard service. There were at least 4 staff front of house, no queue but still had to wait to be seated. When food were delivered, no emotion or acknowledgement when the guest said “thank you”. Asked for water and the front of house staff said “I’ve put through an order for you, hopefully someone at the back will come out soon”, as a customer I don’t need to know this, just get the order done seamlessly. Very poor customer service, definitely need to re-train or re-educate service values.

I've been here quite a few times but last night was a shocking experience! Arrived about 10pm after seeing a show at Crown. Restaurant was quiet, but wait service was poor. Waited ages to be served, only to find they had "run out" of duck & pork! Delivery of meals & drinks took much longer than usual. Tables are around us were filthy & not cleared by staff the whole time we were there. No condiments on tables, also had to wait once we finally caught attention of staff to get some. The poor man at the table next to us watched as his wife ate her meal while he waited for his. After he asked staff where his meal was he still had to wait longer.
Sho you need to lift your game quickly if you wish to stay in business
