Shiraaz Innovative Indian Restaurant

What happened?
Shiraaz used to be our favourite Indian restaurant, the food was great and the staff were lovely. The last two times we have been iv notice the regular staff are not there and every dish seems runny, even the raita was like water.
I’m going to assume they have changed management because this is unlike them.
Such a shame.

Found this restaurant while walking on the street. Went and had lunch.
Was blown away by its ambience and service. Met Ashwini the owner and he was the first to welcome us.
Great Food. Loved it.

Best Indian restaurant in Geelong, Melbourne quality on a good night, still top 3 places to eat in Geelong on an off night. Good authentic Indian food, great garlic naan and fluffy rice. They will also do a proper Indian spicy if requested. Watch the step at the entrance or you might go head over.

By far the best Indian restaurants I’ve been to in Geelong. Reasonably fast service and it cooks the best veggie curries and naans

Finally i have found the best indian restaurant in Australia. I have been in so many indian restaurants and didn't get satisfied with either staff or food but shiraz is giving you the best quality food and services.

Have been here 4 times now and everytime the food has been better than any Indian restaurant I've been to.

Went for dinner and drinks with friends. Friendly staff, food came out within 10 mins like we were told when we ordered, tasted great. The restaurant was busy but served in turn so didn't have to wait long. The chef deserves praise for cooking. Would recommend!

Family had dinner there 40min to take order and over an hour for food to be served only for it to be cold re heated food will not recommend to anyone.

Reasonable prices, good food and good service. Nice for groups or couples. Street parking only.

This is a good restaurant, I would rate at about 4.5. The portions are a bit larger than at other Indian restaurants around Geelong CBD, which makes up for the small extra price charged. The butter chicken was spicy but not too spicy.just right.better than the rather bland butter chicken served at some other places, so too with the biryani rice.

The food was delicious but I think they were a bit overwhelmed for the Sunday evening of easter. Service was a little slow but it was all OK in the end.
