Shakira and Sabrina were both excellent at communication. They were personable, available and trustworthy. Because of all of this I would highly recommend them.

Hopeless. Called twice and waited 15 minutes each time to be told someone will call back. Never heard from anyone. Dont waste your time.

My lawyer was Josh Boyes. My case was a mess as I was dealing with a superannuation company that I had previously closed my accounts with and essentially the case was 7 years old. Josh is a man of very few words, but when he has words to say they have meaning. He guided me through the process with the utmost professionalism and expertise. I can not recommend him or rate him high enough. He has made me and my family have a better life.

Shine are ambulance chasers, not proper lawyers. Over 160 complaints to various law societies have been covered up. They are a shake down operation. You are not a client- you are more likely to be a victim.

The first phone call to Shine Lawyers took me out of my comfort zone; but from the start their professionalism and specific knowledge put me at ease. A member of the team was always readily available for questions, and their answers were thorough, considered and specific to me. The team always made sure I fully understood each step, and never made me feel like my questions were silly or that I was wasting their time. I was given a roadmap at the first meeting, and this made the whole process more easy to follow in an informed way. Every person I dealt with was as efficient and wonderful as the other. I had the same Manager through the whole process which was refreshing too. Thank you isn't a big enough word for just knowing you were there - but thank you all the same! I wouldn't think twice before calling Shine Lawyers in future.

I found Shine Lawyers an amazing experience, over the last 6 years of my claim. In the first meeting, I felt that I was listened too, and understood. I feel Shine were punctual, when I had a query, and that they were very personable.

Also, Shine Lawyers, have been very fair with their fees, and the ‘no win no fee’ was catching.

Overall, I feel Shine Lawyers, to be fair, reasonable, and recommend Shine to be a definite way to obtain legal justice.

In the appointment, they realised that this case would not make them a fortune. Promised to complete an assessment and get back to us in 3 weeks to let us know if we have a case. Never did. Didn't even have the courtesy to let us know that they were not interested. Didn't even reply to a follow up email. Why would anyone want to do business with a law firm, which exhibits this level of service? By the way, the average amount that they have said that they charge when they win a case is so high that it may leave you with very little compensation at the end. Food for thought.

Terrible experience. Did not listen or consider our perspective. Never want anything to do with them again.
