Dear Sirs/Mesdames, my sincere apologies for the delay in writing to you to thank you for your efforts in securing a good outcome in my case.
The reason for the delay is that I have been a bit unwell after Radio Frequency Treatment at Metro Spinal & another procedure at Holmesglen Hospital. I’m also, as you know, totally inept when it comes to even simple technology. That said I would like to heartily thank Shakira Ramsdel for her efforts in securing me the best outcome under the most difficult of circumstances. My previous injuries enabled the other side to muddy the waters but Shakira was able to navigate through this for the best possible result. Although we did not achieve the amount of the original claim she was happy to reduce Shines fees to help out & she also negotiated a great deal with Medicare etc.
In all our dealings Shakira was courteous, articulate, polite & informative. I was always in the position to have total clarity & all my questions were dealt with in a most professional manner.
