If i could give 0 STARS i would. I was belittled over the phone, being called a little girl when i called the second time (Im 22, most likely with better tickets then the phone guy. Ive been waiting over an hour for a BOOKED taxi that was supposed to arrive at 8: 30am. Then when the taxi FINALLY ARRIVED it then proceeded to drive past our house 4 times before taking off (found out they classed our ride as done without being picked up) Having me call again. All i needed was to go to an auto shop to pick up my own car but then they do this. DONT EVER ORDER A TAXI FROM HERE YOU ARE BETTER OFF CATCHING A BUS IF YOU WANT TO GO ANYWHERE AND NOT BE BELITTLED. About time we get UBER here since these people are unreliable and rude. Get someone thats more qualified then this company AND THEYRE NEW! Shows how they treat their customers compared to this company since they are incapable of doing the sole thing theyre supposed to do.

Missed the last train because of the taxi driver turned came but didn’t notify us that he was here, and then avoided picking us up and took his time, had to pay $125 for an Uber to take us to Seymore station to catch the train from there. Reported it several times but to no avail only that the taxi driver had gone back to India for a holiday.it was never followed through.

I had placed a booking for a cab ahead of schedule so that it was ready to go yet I still wasn’t on the system. I have missed a very important event

Wouldn’t answer the phone tried booking online and after 15 minutes of trying to find a cab gave up on the hold like for half an hour horrible seervice

Loving caring thoughtful on time no where to go to take u home and know where to pick u up i would love to them all to say thank u and i want to thank Dan so much for bringing me home the other day and he had a laugh and a joke with me and we had a chat coming home and i want to say he is the best ever i would want to meet him again and i would want him to take me home again he was caring thoughtful loving sweet kind and i like my bikes they are the best ever u look after them they will look after u

Please advise all your taxi rates ie flagfall, per klm, per min etc. Should be stated on your cars

Worst service I have ever received across any industry. My husband called and booked a taxi for us to leave our wedding four weeks in advance and confirmed that it was a firm booking twice leading up to the wedding. At the completion of the big day no taxi in site and when we called they stated that they had no taxi's in the area and it would be over an hour wait. Asked to speak to a supervisor and never received a return phone call despite being told I would. The taxi never even showed up. Do not ever use this company. Completely unprofessional.

40 minute wait at 8 in the morning
Dont appreciate getting calls from the taxi driver for no reason at all and only to indicate that their coming because of road works?
It wasnt my taxi it was for my family and a delay wasnt bothering them anyways so dont call me when ive hung up on the call 3 times

And once again 40 minute wait to get told no taxi workerson duty

Do not bother to book a taxi with this company!
Booked a taxi after my friend's wedding, but they never showed up! After 45 minutes waiting rang again to be told they had no booking under the name, re booked and still never turned up! Waiting in the cold with more than 15 people and an 84 year old man at 11pm. Not acceptable, why run a taxi business if you can't do your job. You left us stranded, the bride had to take people home instead of being with her husband on their wedding night, and even staff at the venue had to help take people safely back into town. Disgusted.

Unfortunately nothing good to report. Had prebooked a taxi for a family member to attend a funeral was nearly an hour late arriving. Not good at all

Had a cab arrive 20 minutes before my booking, the booking before that they were almost 15 minutes late. Not impressed!

I had a pick up from Shepparton club my partner had a wheelchair I couldn't ask for a better driver it was on the 11 April.in all my years of riding in taxis this driver should be recognised.cheers mate.

As a visitor I knew more about locations then the driver and funny thing was he wasn't from overseas. Not a good look when you're trying to get the taxi driver to come back to your location and it's not like he didn't see me, as I was standing outside waiting all 6'4 of me. Oh well I got to my destination ok, but the beginning wasn't crash hot.

Called tuesday and waited over a hour and a half for them to not even show up, you guys complain about uber coming to shepp well maybe if u guys actually provided a service and we could actually talk to a human to see why the taxi hasnt arrived yet then maybe you wont lose all you business.

Booked a taxi for 11: 20pm waited it didn't show up so i called again and was told there was not much going on in Shepparton had to wait over half an hour when the driver finally showed up he said they are busy (not offense to Indian people) but ever since Shepparton taxi have gotten Indian drivers the service has gotten worse then ever there are some good Indian drivers but they work during the day the night drivers are bad

Sometimes they (the driver) may be sticklers for your presence despite rain or shine at roadside, but in the year I've been here using them i can say they have been improving service quality on that one front (everything else is perfect or good) in leaps and bounds. I think it would have to do with a limited fleet and very varied demand loads.

Wow. Didn't think a taxi ride could be this bad. Pulls up on the oposite the side of the road in the rain. All attempts at courtesy and conversations where met with a grunt. Pulls out in front of a semi dangerously close. When offering advice on where to turn around, he said " l am not a moron". Did not want to give receipt. Look forward to getting UBER!

Absolutely appalling service. Would not reccomend to anyone. Called a Taxi at 11am so we could reach the train station to catch our train at 12: 30, had too miss it, because it was ridiculously late. We waited too long for a Taxi in the heat and called numerous times to figure out what the hell was going on and where it was. The amount of times we had called to get a taxi was not okay and this service needs to get themselves together or shut down. No one deserves to wait as long for a taxi. Never driving with them. Would rather Uber. Appalling.

Pre booked a taxi bus for a group of 6. Booked it on Friday for a Sunday night pickup. Taxi never turned up, contacted the office. They had my reservation on hand and said that taxi drivers are only notified 10minutes before pickup time. As a result they didn't have a suitable vehicle working able to accomodate us. Never phoned me to let us know, were quite happy to take the booking 2 days prior. Asked how long it would take to get 2 taxis to pick us up, told dont know. Asked 10 minutes 30 minutes 1 hr 2 hrs operator had no idea. 15 minutes on hold to speak to the supervisor, he couldn't of cared less. Couldnt give me an estimated time of pickup. No wonder uber is taking over the world.

Taxi arrived just after 5 minutes.
Very clean car.
Very polite driver.
Driver gave advice which entrance to use at GV hospital.
