Was rushed out the cab in the rain Wednesday, driver drove off with my bike wheels still in the boot, contacted them to try get them back, only be told they don't have them, then today got a taxi with the same driver to be told he dropped in the driveway near the driveway of the pick up address didn't contact me to tell me they dropped them off and they now have been stolen

Seems like these drivers like to charge you before arriving to your destination, I was charged 28 dollars while still being in the pickup location, and most of the times they don’t even drop you off to your location, I booked my brother a cab and it said he “arrived” but no he didn’t, I called my brother while he was in the cab and he was still at the pickup location.

Absolutely disgusting service after the third phone call I got someone who had absolutely no idea where he was going and tried getting me to pay $30 via pay pal, when I refused and said id pay once i get to my destination he pulled over. I asked where the camera was in the vehicle he pointed to the interior light and said that's it. I got out of the cab with my son.and walked away.this business should be shut down or at the very least monitor their employees better. I'd rather walk and risk my safety then to feel very unsafe in a taxi from this business

I booked a taxi at 6pm today from Mooroopna McLennan Street to get to Varraville Caravan park on Midland Highway. I waited for 1 hour still no taxi. I waited another hour still no taxi. I had to ask for help in the nearby restaurant at Mooroopna proud thai and lucky I came across a kind and friendly local lady from Tatura who generously offered to help me get home to the caravan park today. In my opinion this is the worst part of public transport when you need it the most especially at night time. I don't recommend this service if you have to wait for more than an hour! Ridiculous! Poor service!

It don’t use this service but I have a friend who lives in Mooroopna. She doesn’t drive a car because she is disabled. Uses a walker. More times than not she is late for her many appointments, so late they have to be cancelled because the taxi driver is so late. Most taxi drivers won’t pick up my friend because they know she has a walker and they won’t put then in their taxi. I find our taxi service is very unacceptable. I hope I never have to rely on what they call service.
Gone are the reliable taxi service of old.
I almost forgot, no and I mean no taxi driver will collect my friend and take her down to the Mooroopna shopping centre. Is she meant to walk?

Absolute stuff up, meant to be in shepp by 3pm now 3.30 and they sent a normal taxi not wheelchair.

They don’t answer their phone on a Saturday night, despite the busyness this could be resolved. Worst taxi service I’ve dealt with this far

Called a taxi at 3: 30pm to transport visitors to the train station so they could catch a train departing at 4pm. Taxi service said they would make it ‘high priority’ and send a taxi straight away. The Taxi turned up at 4: 30pm. Lucky it wasn’t ‘low priority’ as we’d still be waiting!

We booked a cab for 12: 45. We were still waiting at 12: 55. Called back, they said we'll send one out now. Didn't happen. They're lucky they get even one star. Plus the phone line was terrible.

So terrible. Called to make a booking and said taxi would be here in 10-15 minutes, which was okay I was expecting that. But then waited 20 minutes and no taxi, then receive a text saying taxi is approaching but still no taxi in sight. Called again and they said driver couldn’t find my house and told me wait at a different spot so I went outside a stood in the rain for another 20 minutes until one finally arrived. Ended up 30 minutes late for work. Don’t waste your time just catch the bus, or better yet, walk it would be faster and you wouldn’t waste your money. Uber should be implemented in Shepp soon and phase them out completely.

Don't waste your time. Called for a taxi for 6pm. Waited until 6: 35pm - took 15min to get through to someone. Said there was no booking and hung up. Worst company - if I could give 0 stars I would! Please don't waste your time.

Horrible booking system, 6 attempts to just get to speak with someone and then waited 55mins but no taxi turned up, had to walk 4kms to be on time for my appointment, what a joke

Very disappointed with the service. They take all the bookings, yet they don't have any drivers to assign. If you do not have drivers, do not take any bookings. I was waiting for 45 mins and had to cancel my appointment because I couldn't make it on time. Now I'm not going to get another appointment too. You need to be responsible for what you do. Do not recommend this service for anyone.

ABSOLTELY HORRENDOUS! Harassed me as a learner driver with L plates displayed while on a job. This is disgusting. I have used this service a lot in the past but believe me never again.and I will tell as many people as can to never use you again. The cops are being involved. Maybe teach your drivers to be more respectful

Booked a taxi on the Friday for a Monday trip because time was of the essence vet appointment at 8 then needed to be taken to work by 8: 30. Booked taxi to pick up 7: 40 five min drive to vet. Taxi still hasn't arrived by 8: 10. I'm late for a massive vet dental appointment. I'll be late for work if they even show up. Called up on e they were 20 mins late and she just said one was coming and hungup on me

13cabs are so bad here in shepp some off the drivers just don’t care about there passengers some off them make passengers wait all ways talking on there phones and rude i will never use them again

Ordered a taxi at 9: 50am for 10: 30. No Taxi came. Rang at 10: 40. Stated there was no booking! Said they will send a taxi and hung the phone up. My child was late to work due to poor service.

Way too expensive. When the taxi arrived I was waiting outside. I noticed that the taxi meter was running and it was $7. I wasn't in the car, yet. From Vaughan Street to Central Avenue and back cost me $42. And you should warn customers that you have card fees before payment is done. Driver said $40 and the machine showed $42+.

Shepparton has the worst Taxi service I've ever seen in Australia! From not showing up on time with a booking or not picking up the phone! Very very unimpressed.
I wish shepparton had ride sharing like Melbourne

Booked a cab for 6: 10. Cab arrived at 6: 25 but it didn't matter cause I was now late for work anyway and dying from hypothermia. 0/10
