Although we didn't win, my partner and i were able to go relax an take turns at the pokie. Shift work lol, staff were very helpful also with checking in and all that hoohar

Friendly staff and service is very good. Meal was very good and fresh. Steak cooked to our liking. Enjoyable night. Would go back.

Food was really good had a misshape with food delivery at our table and was immediately fixed and compensated staff was excellent and very friendly service

I found the shell club to be quite an enjoyable establishment. The dinner menu was quite reasonable and the food was fantastic. Big shout out to the staff and owners. Will come here again for lunch in the near future.

Very spacious, clean and modern facility. Staff was polite and patient with us as we weren't familiar with the Covid protocol at this time. We plan on booking this place for a big upcoming function. Worth checking out.oh yeah, the food was quite good. Lol

Today was much better than yesterday. Yesterday I was confronted with complete rudeness and ignorance from the lady at the cashier station. To the point of me telling her where to go and walking out.

She should NOT be in customer service at all!

Meals taken forever to come out not as good as it use to be Desert taken 25 minutes to come out very slow.

Had the Risotto last week and it was delicious, best risotto I have had, so we came again a few days later and I had the Roast Lamb and vegies and it was great portion size, allot of meat which is rare these days. Loved it. You don't mind paying for decent food (even though both meals were a good price anyway, same as you would pay anywhere else)

Great meals, big portion sizes, clean venue, customer service was great too. Was quite impressed. I used to bring my Mum here years ago and was good then and even better now, will definitely be back here more often.

Poor service from staff. Pregnant diner asked for GF meal and was told fish meal was GF. Was given meal and asked to make sure if was GF. Told yes then 2 minutes later came back and said it has gluten in it. Totally unforgivable! Two meals left of order and had to wait over 20 minutes for them. Enquired where the meals were after 15 minutes and was told “ yeah it’s coming “. No apology from dark haired waitress.fair haired waitress did apologise but damage was done.
It used to be a good place to eat but no longer is! Will not be back!

Menu was a bit light on due to covid. Not outdoor seating just tables. My meal was very nice.staff very friendly

Very clean and open areas. Service was prompt and the meals were lovely. The pokie area was well spaced, social distancing and a Covid Marshall ontop of hygiene.

The meals here are delicious and the staff are really friendly. The options of side dishes with the main are flexible, which is fantastic. Would definitely go again, and recommend to anybody.

We love your meals but unfortunately we cannot use our Senior Cards for lunch on the Weekends, we Celebrated Christmas with Family and friends and when we received our Meals we were confronted with a huge plate of food that we could not manage to eat it all, due to paying full Price, I cannot understand why Seniors have to pay Full Price for meals we cannot finish, the half price meals are ample for Seniors and enjoyable, I did notice on the day we had lunch, there was hardly any customers at your tables, and I believe it is because The Seniors Cards have been eliminated for Weekend Meals, When Senior Cards were allowed on the Weekends, just about every table was full, so what is that saying to The Shell Club? Until Seniors Cards are Active again on the Weekends, We will be lunching elsewhere:

Meal was nice but my friend and I both ended up sick the same night. We had different meals but both had chicken dishes. Bit concerning.hadn't been around each other except for lunch so.

The staff members are all easy going people and the staff are all local so the Shell Club definitely has a friendly local feel.
Plenty of different food selection for you to be able to choose from and eat til your heart is satisfied
With all of the.yummy food and is prepared by qualified chiefs.
So kick back and relax and a wine or two indulge yourself in some tasty and mouth watering desserts.
Shell club is conveniently located also.
Close to homes and the community too.
