THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER, RUDE STAFF, NO RESPECT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Me & my friend needed something to wear for an event. We decided to trying on a dress & a jumpsuit and was considering to purchase. My friend was trying to help me out with the zip and giving me advise.we notice there are people waiting to trying on clothes.but instead of offering help or asking if we need any advice/assistance, 1 of the staff turn around and said “ girls are we almost done here as there are people waiting”. 1st time ever in my shopping life hear that from a retail staff. Feeling being look down and rushed out of a changing room.well thank you for helping to decide NOT to purchase the dress & the jumpsuit!

I really like the brand, but the customer service at Melbourne Central is really disappointing. I walked into the shop with an excited mood. I chose two clothes to try, then the first staff approached me and asked me, "have you purchased it? ". I told her, I want to try first. She put clothes in the fitting room while talking to another customer and completely ignored me until I walked out the shop. No helpful support, no communication, and no welcoming feelings.

I have to agree with the rest of the reviewers. The staff here are rude.well at least the one I experienced. I went in to try a few items and took them to the change room where the young Asian lady attending them ignored me while gushing over another girl in the change room.and when she did acknowledge me it was cold and indifferent. This theme lasted the rest of my time there. Not once when I stepped out to look at myself and perhaps get a friendly opinion or suggestion did she say anything yet the other customer did. When I asked for a top to try with something I was given an old looking rag that was falling apart. I wasn't even asked what style I was after.shopping can be hard at the best of times and it's nice to have a frienly helping hand.you won't get it here. I was so uncomfortable and disappointed that I left without purchasing anything but I made sure to tell one of the ladies at the front. I'll be shopping at another Sheike store from now on.

I often shop here and love the clothes but the last few times I have been the staff were rude and unhelpful. I asked for assistance a couple of times and I was ignored and they did not seem to want to help. There has been a few helpful staff but lately its been bad.

I love the brand that's why I'm giving it 3 stars other wise the staff at melbourne central is extremely rude! They should learn something from high point staff! The girls at high point sheike are sooo polite and helpful!

If no stars was an option, that's what they would get. Rudest staff imaginable, these girls could learn a thing or two from the ladies at the highpoint location, the young ladies there understand customer service.

I have shopped at Sheike many times and found my experience today to be the reason I will no longer be shopping at this brand. I arrived at the store in Melb Central at 5pm christmas eve, I selected a range of about 7 dresses to try on and when I approached the change rooms the change room attendant rudely and abruptly told me that there is no available change rooms and that they are closing soon at 6. Shocked I informed her that it was only 5 and I would be happy to hang the dresses up while I continued looking till a change room became available. She was extremely aggressive and seemed to be not happy at all she was working on christmas eve, not that this was my fault. I understand it is a busy time of year but left the store upset from my experience.i find this behaviour to be terrible and this all happened in front of many other customers, one even commented that it was one of the worst instances of customer service she had seen.for a repeat customer like myself i would have expected more.

Walked in here really wanting to buy a dress I had my eye on for an event. Walked in to a store with about 4 team members (3 on floor/behind counter 1 at fitting room) who could not be bothered to greet or even offer any help. A team member walked straight passed me although I had a dress in my hand, no cared to ask if I wanted to try it on. So disappointed and left without purchasing my outfit! Hope you guys put a lot more care with your customers. I absolutely love the brand but it’s such a shame to see team members who don’t care much for the shopper experience!
