Just needing to ask something over the phone left ringing and then had it end on me, I wouldn’t question it if it was close to closing time but hours before is just rude

My boyfriend’s mum and I were shopping for a formal dress for an occasion and the girls were so lovely and inviting from the moment we walked in. They helped us get a dressing room started, and one girl in particular (who we forgot to ask the name of) stayed back longer than her shift just to help us and another two customers. Service like this shows how kind people can be. We walked out very happy with two beautiful dresses.:)

I went to this store yesterday in hopes to find an outfit for an event which I have in 2 weeks.the two ladies assisting me were absolutely amazing! So kind and friendly and they we’re so extremely helpful, they were bringing me different options of clothing in my size, helping me put the clothing on, having a conversation with me and my bestfriend which made us feel very comfortable and welcomed whilst serving everyone else in the store also! I ended up walking out with an outfit for my birthday instead Nadine and aleyna deserve a raise thanks SHEIKE? Amazing customer service thank you ladies.

I love sheike at Melbourne central. Their customer service is the best. The manager is incredible and so helpful. I avoid other sheike stores because I find them too overbearing but Melbourne central is proficient kind and amazing customer service. The store is always clean and the staff are the best!

I’m not usually the type to jump on to write a positive review however I’ve been going to this Sheike store over the past 7 or so years and always find the staff in this store super helpful, friendly and approachable compared to other stores I’ve visited. Always come back to Sheike for an outfit for an event and their good quality basics but always come back to Melbourne Central for the great staff and assistance.

Tess was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, on top of things and gave me an honest opinion about everything I put on. She always made sure she could check what I had on as I was by myself and wanted a second opinion. I also noticed that she was not only attending me, but several people at the same time. Even with the added pressure, I still felt she was present with me.

Every time I go into the Melbourne Central location, I’m always greeted with big smiles, even if the girls are busy. I feel bad because they all know my name but I just realised I don’t know theirs. Even though I’m usually the last person in the store they never make me feel rushed and, on the contrary, they still take time to give me their opinion on how something looks when asked. I usually shop alone but they feel like the friends I didnt come with when needing opinions on sizes and how something looks. The store always looks immaculate and I’ve never not been able to get a size I need whether it’s on the floor or in the back. It’s honestly the best part of my day whenever I go in. These ladies know what they’re doing and it’s probably the best customer service Ive experienced in any clothing store.

I regularly shop at Sheike and reccomend it to friends but always at other locations. I was very disappointed with the service today. There were at least three women working and I was in the store for over 5 minutes and tried items on and no sales assistant approached me or offered to help. One of the workers on shift was trying on a top and they were too busy giving her feedback. I left very dissatisfied.

Walked in here intended to purchase a dress I had my eye on. Walked in to a store with 4 team members (3 on floor/behind counter 1 at fitting room) who could’t be bothered to greet or even offer any assistance. A team member walked straight passed me although I had a dress in my hand, no cared to ask if I wanted to try it on. So disappointed and left without purchasing my outfit! Please put more care with your customers. I absolutely love the brand but it’s such a shame to see team members who don’t care much for the shopper experience!

Walked into SHEIKE Melbourne Central with the intention to purchase some pieces. The staff were rude and lazy. While trying on some items I asked a staff member politely if the store carried a certain piece in another size. The staff member said she would check and never returned. When I left the change rooms I approached another member of staff with the same query who did investigate and then informed me they didn’t have any other sizes out the back (of the store). I asked her if she knew where else I might be able to find the piece in my preferred size, to which the staff member bluntly replied “you’ll need to do your own research. ” Note: the store was not at all busy at the time. Sheike Management, send out some mystery shoppers to your Melbourne Central store ASAP so you can replace some of your staff with those that actually want to provide customer service.

Staff made my day so friendly and helpful, I couldn’t find an outfit anywhere but these guys blew me out the water with their fab range - I love the clothes here, amazing quality and good value highly recommended!

I ordered something online and it didn't fit they would not give me a refund as they don't give refunds for items that do not fit. Totally unreasonable in my view, when I could not try an item on as it was purchased online. Staff and manager were so catty at Melbourne Central today and made a huge deal about it. I was happy to change it over but due to there rude attitude I decided to take my money elsewhere. Being polite is free. I would rather shop at Zara. Go to Zara it's much easier and staff are so much more helpfull! ️

The girls that work here so friendly. Not the type that ignore you when you come in the door, also not the type that follow you around the store. They're definitely helpful in the way that when you see something that you like, they will offer to put it in the change room for you which definitely makes your life easier. I absolutely love the clothes here and all the colours and the patterns. The quality of the clothing is generally very good as well. Always super fun clothing and you can find lots of things too many occasions. They pretty much always have a sale going as well which is awesome. When the clothing is at full price it can be a little pricey but if you're willing to wait for the sale it will go on sale.

Amazing costumer service from Tara, lovely girl and super helpful, price is fair and the quality is good too, zippers, buttons, liners arre good quality, also style design are getting better more trendy and versatile. Keep the quality, don't fail like ZARA.

Customer Service from Brittany and Kristina has been absolutely horrible. They've sent me damaged products and sent me to a store (that they said was open) and was closed.worst customer experience.

Love the quality and thickness of the fabrics in the dresses, really different designs than a lot of other dress stores you’ll find in shopping centres.

My only complaint is that I find a massive gap between sizes in almost every dress - not impressed with being utterly unable to budge a zip on a size 10 and being advised by the salesgirl to ‘try a padded strapless bra’ to minimise the looseness of a size 12.

Choose carefully from this retailer, particularly when purchasing online. They will not give you a refund if the item does not fit. Totally unreasonable in my view, when you cannot try an item on if purchased online. Customer service unwilling to help or speak with me. Won’t be shopping with SHEIKE again.

This one star is for that one nice SA in SHEIKE MC. I'm really stumped with the attitudes of most of the staff members. I wish they could see how it affects people's shopping experience especially when this is a brand that makes such lovely items.
