SHEIKE Highpoint reviews
30Great service at Sheike Highpoint every single time I've shopped there. The girls have always been so helpful and the store always looks great.
Very very bad no customer service and check the clothes before u buy it because most of them are damaged
Like many other ladies complaining about Sheikes lack of customer service, I've experienced bad customer service every time I've shopped with Sheike. Their credit note policy is extremely confusing and miscommunicated between head office and sales assistants. If they have a marketing team who reads these reviews, please treat your customers better. This is why I've stopped shopping with Sheike. I would love to keep buying their clothes but out of principle, I won't be coming back.
Not sure if its my body shape but everything i tried was such a poor, terrble fit! This store is clearly made for those who are small chested
I love this brand! The girls at Sheike Highpoint are wonderful. They make you feel comfortable, special and really make the effort to find your perfect outfit.
I have seen all the 1 start ratings and felt like I had to Express that I have always been treated with upmost respect and eagerness to help find me what I'm after not only at highpoint but at every store. I love the cloathing fits great and great seasonal styles.
Very unprofessional when you walk into an empty store with no other customers, only to have the sales assistants look at you up and down, not greet you and continue talking amongst themselves. We walked straight back out.
CAUTION
Sheike is nothing but a disgrace
I brought a dress for my daughter from sheike for $150 and I’m telling you it was not worth it. She had only worn it once for a few hours and the dress’ silky material got wrecked and caused white lines to appear all over it. We went to do a return but didn’t let us. They said they had to send it to head office to inspect it. After 2-3 weeks, they told us that we couldnt even exchange the dress and we had to take it back. Their policy is outrageous.
A couple of weeks ago I had left your store in nothing but TEARS and DISAPPOINTMENT. I came in to return a leather jacket which was still within the 14 days and had white marks on the left shoulder which can't be wiped off. I only wore it for approximately 4 hours and couldn't understand why this would happen to a $300 100% leather jacket (I had not leaned on anything or scuffed it) and it was not what I had originally paid for, if I knew that it did that, I wouldn't have bought it. I was 'handled' by Sheree who was condescending and claimed that it had been 'worn' and the white marks were a result of me wearing it; and had told me that I can't get a refund because the tag is still not attached. She talked down to me; disrespected me and drove me to tears - it was only then that she decided to speak to the state manager to get instructions (after first telling me that I need to - so as to save herself the trouble?). I was told by a few peers that Sheike is terrible with their refunds but I really felt that any reasonable retailer would be able to sort the situation out immediately rather than saying 'it's $300 so it's a big deal for us too'. Furthermore, I had to liaise with the state manager back and forth, however I feel uncomfortable to return to the store to send my garment to get 'assessed by a senior member' for whether or not it is faulty because of this dreadful experience. This type of hassle and stress will prevent me from returning to Sheike and I feel that their competitors have won a thousand times over, without even trying. If you're going to start comprising the quality of your products (don't tell me a 100% leather jacket is supposed to discolour in 14 days) then at least train your staff to provide an accepted level of customer service. I have never had such a traumatising experience as a loyal shopper and no one deserves to leave your store in tears and get told that they are 'making a scene. ' I really wish that someone had brought Sheike's poor returns stigma to my attention before I shopped there. Sadly, all I can take from this experience is to shop with more consumer-friendly retailers and to inform my friends and family about this horrible and poorly-handled situation. I can only hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
