Amazing service received from the staff especially Sabina, they acted like a stylist and gave me amazing clothes!

The only concern is difference in prices online and in store, I got clothes after boxing sale and when I checked online the same items had a further 20 percent off.

Went in last night for a dress I had seen online and I didn’t love it as much as I thought I would and Paris brought 3 other options for me and finally the last one was the one. She definitely knew what she was talking about, style and size wise. Everything about my time in this store was perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better sales assistant. She made me feel gorgeous in the dress and hyped me up!

As a manager in retail, I wish I had a Paris in my team! Sheike is very lucky to have her

I've been a loyal sheike highpoint customer for years, everytime I've shopped there I felt welcomed and the girls were great.
This morning I went there for a refund after I called customer service that I'll be a day late for the refund policy because I was sick and the lady on the phone said it's all good it's only one day.
I was served by the RUDE mebrat A she made feel like not worthy specially the way was looking at me.
Will never be shopping there again.

Best shopping experience today at Sheike. Fantastic salesperson, Ashia.nothing was too much trouble. She knew the product and was honest which allowed us to find multiple outfits. All the staff were friendly and i love that this shop caters for all body shapes. Definitely will be back.

Sheike customer service is appalling! I ordered a full price item and it arrived faulty. I opened up a return request and attached a photo and never heard back. I called to follow up and was told that I would receive a return shipping label soon-It never arrived. A month later after calling on 2 more occasions and emailing I am still waiting!

Last Saturday 1st of October, I had an excellent customer experience with the lovely Ayse. She was attentive without being pushy, displayed a beautiful smile at all times, was courteous and extremely patient with all my needs. I purchased two beautiful dresses, one from the RSVP range! Ayse also signed me up for your member program. Thank you, Ayse for making It was a pleasure shopping at Sheike Highpoint!

Was definitely Monday one girl with shorts black top long hair was extremely friendly and more than willing to assist.
Although ended up not having stock of the size I was after that day.
Went yesterday and was same girl and she remembered me.again very helpful.
Got my dress my size and I am in love as much I was with the service I’ve received.

We went to get a dress for my daughters graduation last Thursday (11/11/21) and the service we were given is 200%. Especially the service given to us by the sales person in a pink puffsleeve dress was incredible, they didn’t have the correct size of the dress my daughter wanted, but she started calling the other stores to find out if they have the correct size and lead us to Werribee store where they had her size and asked them to hold the dress for us till the end of the day. If she didn’t give us that perfect service we would have gone somewhere else for a dress. But thanks to her we were able to get the dress my daughter fell in love with. They work wonderfully as a team and the management should recognise and promote them for their excellent customer service.

It was a Friday night, 19th Feb, it was closing time and I was stressed out because I hadn't bought an outfit for a wedding the next day.but the two girls working still took the time to help me and others choose clothing items, along with genuine smiles. I could tell they were an amazing team. They displayed great team work and built rapport with their customers. People like that in customer service should definitely be recognised. Thanks ladies! The outfit for the wedding was a success

Unacceptable service at Highpoint! They sold me with a damaged product and refused to return. Better check quality of the product next time, otherwise they surely will try to blame on you in any way, even make up mark from the previous people whoever tried it on!

The lady’s that work there are so rude. They look down on people with a judgemental face. Please train your workers to be nice because the “fake voice” doesn’t help it

Rude staff everytime I went there. I went back three times to the highpoint store to make sure that it wasn't a coincidence. It was not! The first two times that I bought clothes from there, two of the dresses were damaged. One had little holes and one's stitching was undone. I didn't even bother to go back to ask for a return because of the staff's attitude. The third time, I noticed a tear in the gown straight away and told them, they looked at me as if I tore it apart. And when I asked when was the sale period ending? The girl responded with the most rude "what sale? " To me. The got damn sale that's written all over your store woman. She walked away showing me her back.i was so humiliated that I walked out of the store. I liked the clothes but I'll never go back again to the highpoint store because of their staff.
