Staff here were super knowledgeable and helpful.
Was a pleasure to deal with a guy named Dallas, who was knowledgable, patient and professional with all of my questions during the ordering process.
And Vanessa was awesome to deal with in the delivery process too.

We were looking for getting a garden shed and wanted something to fit our criteria because of the nature and size of the garden shed we were after. The experience was fantastic, Josh was great to help with design and had valuable inputs to better utilise the space and design.
After finalising the design and placing an order, we had the shed delivered and installed in roughly a week. Great turn around and professional service provided.

Very disapointed with the lack of experience in the sales staff.
I wanted to pay for my pergola but needed a builder or them to tell me which way my pitch was to be.
They said they will get their builder to call me. This never happened called up again
2 weeks later never happened not did they follow up.

Shed Bonanza have been exceptional throughout the whole process from the initial enquiry speaking with Marty to delivery bang on time to queries that have been answered quickly and promptly even the stupid questions. Highly recommend shed Bonanza to anyone who is thinking about building a shed, top service team.

My experience with a guy named Matt was bordering on inappropriate. He is very arrogant and took a personal call on his mobile as we we’re talking about things. His uniform was filthy, his shirt was too small, and wasn’t ironed, he stinks of cigarettes and he is not the best person to be representing Shed Bonanza. Very sloppy.

Great experience from the first instance, sales guy Matt, to the installers Brett & Chris, to the admin team with Melissa providing great communication and aftersales support.
Large gabled carport looks sensational, better than I even expected.

My sister purchased a car port in August 2018 paid for it your company several weeks later left it at her home and after many phone calls to your company only to be laughed at by one of your staff members and disrespect staff. Tuesday of this week she got a call from a Sub contractor to be told that it will cost additional money to build it $1100.l wouldn’t recommend your company or Service To anyone.

Me and my partner purchased a 3x3 shed from Matt. Found that Matt was easy to talk with and was very fluent, and understanding of our needs and great prices. I will be recommending to friends and family to go see the boys down at Dandenong Shed Bonanza.

Have had 1 shed and 1 out door area built by them. Good price and good job. Scott our sales rep was good. Rebecca looking after the tradesman to build the structures was amazing.

Saw Scott at Dandenong he was so helpful and also excellent customer service from Melissa. We installed our shed ourselves and the instructions were very clear. The way everything was organized from the initial quote, help with the design and plenty of advice re council approval, through to delivery, I couldn't fault anything in the slightest. All materials were delivered in a way that kept all surfaces protected, everything was bundled nicely. The final product looks awesome and we are confident we have a good quality shed that will withstand the elements, especially being so close to the beach

The customer service i receivedwhen calling three times for advice was second to none. Vanessa and Scott are an asset to the company. Im part of a big firm that relies on customer service and it was excellent. The garden shed is well made, much better than tbe one we replaced. Once again Vanessa and Scott you make a great team.

We've been looking around for 2 months for a good quality garden shed and the customer service we've experienced was the main reason we went ahead. The quality of the shed is great and we haven't had any issues so far. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a garden shed with competitive pricing!

Very disappointing experience. After returning with my quote i was told there was a price increase which I accepted without argument (I shouldn't have had to as I was told the quote doesn't expire). The shed was delivered and I believed was to be assembled.turns out I was wrong. The very deceiving quote groups delivery and assembly and even specifies bolt down to existing slab all in one item and price and even states that the customer is to provide a safe work site and access. In the end, despite the poor practice and very misleading quote the customer service rep was not interested in even returning my phone call.
Will not use again.
