Easy to deal with. Great quality shed. The guy that came out was very professional and got the shed up reasonably quickly.

I have got to take my hat off to Ben at Shed Bonanza, Dandenong.

I have been very busy with work this last week or two and have not been answering or returning his calls after I sought and received a competitive quote.

But he politely persisted, doing the right thing by his employer and making sure he maximised the chance that his firm got the gig. He called me every day and left messages, always polite.

Well Ben, for that, you guys got the gig - employees like Ben make all the difference, because other quotes were in the same ballpark price-wise but it was Ben's persistence that gave me the right feeling about the company. Well done mate - employee of the month at least!

Very very disappointed with how everything was handled it’s been almost 6 months since delivery of materials and our shed has not been built. We have been very patient and we had a few hiccups along the way with shed bonanza but we did not think it would take this long especially when we were told a estimate time for everything, we will be taking this further and will be spreading the word about how poor the customer service and staff have been towards us.

Everyone from Shed Bonanza was great throughout the whole process and in particular, Marine. She went above and beyond helping me with all the changes I needed to obtain the permit (I was building over an easement).

Absolutely thrilled with the result. Highly recommended!

Love the shed! Had a custom dimensioned shed that Shed Bonanza both quoted and installed for me exactly as promised - on time, on budget and as expected. Great communication the whole way - have even had the neighbours comment on how they love the setup as well. No hesitation to recommend!

Very Disappointed, I have a 100sqm shed supplied by Shed Bonanza but it is still sitting in parts around my house for several months now.
They are good at selling parts to a shed but installation is not done by them is all up to you to chase and chase and chase with no commitment to date or if it will ever be erected.would not recommend.

Went into Shed Bonanza today looking for a custom Shed that i plan to turn into a entertaining area / Man Cave.

I spoke with Jayden and received very helpful information and ideas. Even though he informed me he was new to the buisness and industry he was very clear with his information and was accurate with what he told me as i my self know many of the regulations.

At this stage we have ordered a shed from this company. Was greeted by a lovely lady (Marine) who had her finger on the pulse. Knew what we had to meet for permits, and the location we require the shed to be. Answered every question we threw at her and gave us a very reasonable price for a new shed. No piss in your pocket, tell you what you want to hear stuff. Straight up honesty. Went for a quote, left with the starts of a contract.

Marine was excellent in helping me select a garage that would suit my home, very helpful and professional, highly recommended

Great service from initial enquiry with Dallas, through to quote, changes and order placement. Delivery was on-time with the process professionally manged by Vanessa. Driver turned up when he said he would and was also helpful with off-loading and installation tips.
Professional company offering a great product with outstanding customer service

I recently purchased a carport from Shed Bonanza and I am very happy with the service and product provided. Dallas Tilley was the sales rep and he was very helpful and supportive. Also great support from Melissa Owen and Yvonne Lloyd. My chosen installer from names provided was Tony Smith and he did an excellent job and is a bit of a perfectionist with detail which suited me very well. If you purchase a shed or carport you need to anticipate there may be some extra costs along the way. I had to apply for a planning permit in addition to the understood building permit. There were some costs incurred to repair some damaged storm water drainage and anticipating where those sort of things are located is anybodies guess. All these issues can add to a delay in finalising the construction. Also you will need to arrange a plumber to have the final down pipes connected to under water drainage (depends on local council rules I guess). So there was a little bit of unanticipated expense but all in all a very satisfactory experience. I would be happy to purchase from Shed Bonanza again.

I'm really happy with the Shed and the service from Scott, he is very professional. He is amazing, reliable and helpful with the layout of the Shed. Communicating with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Overall, they're so helpful and give great advice.
