I purchased my Oral-B brush replacement and their eftpos wasn’t working well with my Apple Pay or when my card. The check out lady was extremely annoying and said nothing when I was struggling and telling her you need to get a better machine this is ridiculous.

They’re such a lier! I had issues with face machine went to them they said u must make a video then we could give a u new one, I made 3 different videos but they said u need to buy the head ur self its not included with warranty! I ended with so much stressful and headache. I paid $500 for that but there is no such a warranty for them, they just want to bother and sell their items! Never recommend them to any one!

Walked in and was greeted by the sales girl even though she was helping someone else. Once she finished with the customer, she asked what I was looking for. She helped me wuth my decision and I got why I wanted at a great price.

I visited this store for the first time and was pleasantly served by a well-mannered gentleman who helped me purchase my first beard trimmer.

Had the pleasure of dealing with James from Shaver Shop at Epping Plaza yesterday. He dealt with our issue professionally, promptly, with much knowledge and nothing was too difficult. What a lovely and rare experience from a pleasant gentleman. It's these types of retail interactions that get passed onto friends and keep customers coming back.
