Shaver Shop

When there is actually issue with a product and you come to return or swap. Their attitude changes to 0 or -1 service. I find it hard to understand why some retailers act like this. You go to major stores like bunnings Kmart target. They exchange stuff if it's genuine enough. Wish there were other stores selling hair clippers etc.

Had a fault with a near 2 year old shaver and they swapped for an equal new product without any fuss, recommend wahl and epping shaver shop

There is man who appeared to be the manager for the store. He has not hood behaviour and when I want to shoo in this store I first look into store to see if he is there. If he us there then avoid to enter the store and go back to home. Then after few days try again.

I went into the store to get some razors on 20/01/22 (around 7: 30pm) and there were two male sale assistants in store. One of them appeared to be the manager. This manager was loudly criticizing the male employee in front of me. As I walk into the store, the manager told the employee loudly “now go serve this customer”. I felt so uncomfortable and awkward. As I left the store the manager continued to raise his voice at the employee to start closing the door. It is unacceptable to treat your employees like that. It’s humiliating and borderline illegal. I don’t care how good your products and offers are. If this is your ethic and behavior then I don’t think anyone should come back.

Knowledgeable, nice staff, helped out heaps with suggestions and information on how to uses certain products I didn't know much about. Good range, I found everything I needed. Best part was i didn't feel pressured to buy anything.

Awful customer service. One of the staff members hurt my eye with a laser hair removal device that was activated towards my eye. However, my main issue is that I had a faulty item that they wouldn't assist me with at the bare minimum.

Working as a retail assistant, I have to say Rose at Shaver Shop Epping was quite lovely and understanding. She was knowledgeable about the store products. With one phone call to her call centre my issue was solved. Thanks Rose, keep up the great work you are doing. Even though working in retail we may get abused from time to time.

Worst customer care experience. Horrible experience when I tried to return product to Epping store. Staff is highly unprofessional and customer care is not even bothered to reply to my multiple emails. Be careful than sorry later.

Amazing customer service. Staff really know their products in detail and can recommend ones based on your personal needs and go out of their way to address your concerns. The manager in particular was so lovely and went above and beyond to help me. Cheers!

I bought a new barber machine, and when I left the shop it was not the same one that I wanted. Check your products before you leave the shop, the young lady there doesn’t even know what she is selling.

Although the product I was looking for wasn’t in stock, the lady who served me was very helpful in how/where I might be able to find it.

Been there multiple times but the young lady has no sense of delivering any customer service, plus she doesn’t care if she’s going to sale the products or not. Plus: - not enough knowledge about the products they’re selling

Awesome service by floor staff on 11 Aug 2019. I attended the store 5 minutes before closing. Both staff memebrs looked amazingly fine to assist me, even though I didn't have the original receipt. They looked my transaction up on the system, even though their system had been playing up all day. It took more than 15 minutes just to look up the transaction. Appreciate the dedication towards their customer service.

Amazing service by Alex, i had little issue with one of the attachment of my Trimmer.

She not only served my well and gave an extra attachment too.

So after weeks of Reading reviews on the best at home laser machine to buy i decided to buy the Smoothskin bare. RRP. $549 Purchased for $ 349 at shaver shop online. Just recieved it today & honestly its very easy to use. Basicly you read the manual just to get back ground info then plug it in and its ready, though at first when i plugged mine in the device was flashing red so i switched off and plugged it in the other way and it was up and running. Shaved my arms and underarms as advised then used the glide mode. Very easy only a warm sensation NO PAIN and Veryy quick. Also very bright so dnt look right at it. Now lets hope i get results as promised. ALSO I was looking at buying the philips lumea thats also same price BUT.the bare skin works better on ppl with darker skin. So naturally im olive skin and when i tan i do get dark so i needed a device that could work for my skin tone. THIS IS PERFECT.

Always good to talk to someone who knows a thing or two about beards. If you need any aort of advice, this is the place to go! Always helpful and willing to give advice.

The young lady who worked there is a credit to the business because she was considerable in being available for queries but not over baring for a sale.
I didn't buy anything - but I am locked on returning to this shop for all of my gifts for the men in my life - to impress them with a swish gift that isn't a funny sock, or a glarey tie, or another tool.
