Very unprofessional, don’t recommend
Not the same since new ownership, the food is different and unedible very chewy and soggy
Unfortunately I don’t recommend going here as they are extremely rude! Customer service is not the best Staff are not a exception either I’ve noticed the cook constantly coughing a few times while cooking very unhygienic may I add WITHOUT covering her mouth! The manager is very rude/fake & unprofessional. Shes no help with fixing any issues as she will show her carelessness & true colours If I could give this place a 0 I most certainly will this place doesn’t deserve any ratings. WONT BE COMING BACK!

Popped in for a late night snack of potato cakes, and they didn’t disappoint. My husband said ‘these are the best potato cakes I have ever had’, which really says it all. Welcome to Cranbourne guys, and all the very best! We’ll be back.

Had an issue with an order where an item was missing, when i called up, they fixed it for me straight away and i was happy. Really good customer service workers and nice food

Very impressed with the quality of service and product. It was a very hot day and the store was super busy but they handled themselves in a professional manner. Food was amazing and very reasonably priced for what you get.
Would definitely return and recommend!

Not very happy with the service on the 19/01/22 didn't get the order right even though they repeated the order back to us there was food missing and it wasn't very nice been going there for a very long time now it's time to find a new fish and chip shop

Horrible service. Ask for an order to be made a certain way and it isn't when I asked for it to be fixed they refused.
Will never come back.

(Edit) : the burgers were disgusting, the chips were soggy and as for the flake even my cat won't eat it. What a waste of $45.20

Fairly average fish and chips place. Staff were polite and friendly, but the food tasted rather bland and dry.

Had a piece of flake. Upon biting into it reeked of ammonia. It was bloody disgusting. In the bin it went. Had I lived closer I would have returned and thrown the fish at them. Chips were awful as well. Never ever go back

The meat was disgusting 90% was fat and very portion too and the chips were so soggy. I felt ill after it, through alot away.

Burger buns were charcoal burnt how could yu not notice that won't be ordering from them again

The fish and chips here are the best for miles around. Incredibly well prepared and the service is very good. I've had an order delayed, through no fault of their own, and they wouldn't let me pay for it despite my protestations to do so. On top of this their souvlaki is ACTUALLY LAMB. It's not that processed lamb stuff you get in most places, it's lamb pieces on a spit.

Anything you get here will be far better than you're expecting.

Bloody amazing fish and chips, best in town by far.
I'm usually a fan of Greek run fish and chips but these lovely Asians really make a good feed.
Do yourself a favor and go there

Worst fish n chips ever! The last owners shouldve never sold up because the food was always fresh! Everything was overcooked and the oil needs changing. Biggest waste of money!

The best Fish&Chips in Victoria! The best soulvaki too! Even though they changed hands and the Greeks sold to the Asians the top quality remained on all.
