Shark Attack Fish'N'Chippery - Fish & Chips

This place use to be good but have noticed my last few orders they just do care anymore. Dark brown burnt potato cake, Dry overcooked flake, everything is really really salty and some of the worst customers service you will ever experience! The owner needs to train their staff properly before going overseas. There was 14 year Olds running the shop last night that are not confident in what they are doing yet.

If you want fish and chips with your SALT! This the place to go.
Never seen food plastered with so much salt. Wish the you girl would try to eat some for herself. Been a customer for years but tonight our fish and chips were coated in salt. I mean they were white. Terrible to eat, We won't be back. You couldn't even shake it off. Avoid this place as the food they sell will kill you.

What beautiful tasting flake and chips we got a fish pack with dim sim and potato cake they were cooked perfectly and we also got a lamb souvlaki the meat was so tender every thing tastes very fresh great job

Avoid this place! They don’t care about the order. Came like a dogs breakfast. And no lemon!

Good thing about this place you get a lot of chips but should change chips to thick not as good this chips

Dont bother.last 2 times i tried to get food was told we are no longer serving. I look at my watch still 40min till closing time? Fyi Crunchie Buns next door do a fantastic burger and chips.

This place use to be so good, the guy that served me was friendly, but the burger was disappointing, I don't understand why they do not use the best ingredients, cheap bacon and the onions need to be cooked more almost raw, not enough tomato sauce, I am sure if the owner reads these reviews they would do a better job.sorry ended up throwing it out, got to the middle of the meat and it was raw as well,

They have the best food here, lovely crunch of batter on fish and potato cakes and the chips are so yummy

I’ve been going to this shop for almost 2 or 3 years as it was really good food and well prices. I ordered my regular food yesterday to be so disappointed, nothing was good about it, the chips were soggy and had next to no salt on them, the potato cakes felt half cooked and the flake was smaller than usual. Another small thing that was my drink was packed right next to the food so by the time it got delivered to my house the drink was warm and normally it’s in another bag so that doesn’t happen. I don’t know what’s happen to this place but I don’t see myself going here again for a while and after reading other reviews it seems like others are having a similar issue

Ordered dinner today. These guys just keep getting better. The grilled fish was delicate and just yum, the calamari was so tender, I could just keep eating it. The chips were crunchy and salty. Delicious fish and chips.

I have been going here for 2 years normally it’s not so bad portion size is ok but owner has gone overseas and the female worker is seriously running the place to the ground the flake size is literally half the size of a normal flake one was even 5cm long and thin as anything I told her I paid $64 for our food and portion was a joke! She was rude and told me oh 3 flakes was ok but only 1 was small I then told her I was my order replaced she said no I only replace 1 flake I said no the whole thing needs to be replaced never going there again

The food I have order were impressed, firstly, it was ready much quicker than usual; secondly the quality of the food was fresh and very tasty, especially for the potato cakes, were very crunchy. High recommend.

The fish was really tasty and crunchy, not too oily, the home made potato cakes were amazing. High recommend.

Was Recommeded by my friend to try the solvakis as he said they were the best. Unfortnatley it was the worst we ever experienced. The lamb was very hard and salty and the chicken was not from the spit it was marinated. I also ordered the Min chips that tasted very bland not fresh and most had black at the end. The lady making it was also coughing and tried on a couple of times to hold her cough in. I did call to explain my disappointment and was told the manager is busy, no attempt to say their happy to provide a refund etc, could hear them in the background laughing. Never again would I be going their. Way to expensive $30 …

I used to love this chip shop but since the new owners took over the food is literally disgusting.
Super oily fish that was certainly not fresh & very small, chips that were hard, dry & leathery.
One of the worst meals I have ever had the misfortune of paying for. JUST DRIVE RIGHT ON BY.
