Exceptional service, which is what keeps us going back. They are so welcoming, especially with the kids. Sensational food as well. Definitely our family's favourite restaurant.

Great service. They were very accommodating of our orders, and the food arrived quickly and all at the same time. It was a nice atmosphere and easy to hear friends chatting even though it was a busy time.

Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended. Food as good as this and staff as in tune to your every requirement is rare outside the high stakes environment on inner city dining. Maybe not worthy of Michelin Stars but not far off. Sit outside on a summer night to avoid the common folk suburban masses.

Great to see the restaurant full of patrons and enjoying great food and friendly service from great staff. Very enjoyable dinner to celebrate my wifes birthday. Certainly will return.

Amazing fresh food with incredible staff and service! Having been to many Italian restaurants in the past, none have come close to the quality at Shanikas. Our favourite place to eat by far!

Food is lovely. Nice atmosphere to the restaurant. Waitress and waiters are exceptionally nice and helpful.

Always fantastic service and beautiful food. Never disappoints. Even have staff go out of their way to assist in providing a fructose free version of anything on the menu for me which is hugely appreciated!

Service and food was great. Bit pricey for the mains but damn the lamb is delicious. Havent been back in quite a few years and took a first date there, fair to say it was worth the wait x

Authentic Italian. Nice dense flavour and aroma. Little too authentic for me. Little salty for me. Try asking little less salt there is salt on a table.

Sophisticated service and venue. Throw something nice on and head down for the Romano pasta its to die for.

Had an amazing dinner, food was delicious and the service from Josh was next level, you’ll see us again guys

Wow! So over rated! I have been a few times now and only because I have been dragged to go due to friends b’days and other functions! Decorating in the restaurant is shocking and so dated! Food very average and very very over priced!

Very confined and loud space outdoors, food was so so and pretty expensive. Waitress forgot second wine order - left fairly quickly as we really weren't comfortable. Shanikas Pakenham for some reason, far superior.

Amazing food, fantastic staff, great wine who could ask for more. Don't go to Berwick without visiting this fantabulous restaurant.

Had my 50th there recently in the red room, great food, awesome atmosphere, staff very accommodating, Bluetooth speaker system was fantastic and fully stocked bar.great venue.
