Soo disappointed. Came here on a Saturday night with the family for a 6pm booking. Several other families came in after us and received their entree and mains whist we waited over 90 minutes for entrees. Walked out. Won't come back again.

Delish food (Belacan Kangkong, yam ring). We had the lovely older gentleman serve us; very attentive and friendly.

The only glitch to me was the treatment of the older gentleman. He accidentally served the wrong dish to a table and the the other man behind the counter (with glasses) got super upset and was talking very loud and pointing fingers. I couldn’t understand what was said, but the tone was ouch.

Friends invited me to come here during the Chinese new year to have their specialty food, lovely lady who owns and runs the restaurant

Family run business. The owner and Mary are very friendly towards their customers. Food served hot in good portion, efficient waiters and waitresses. The dessert was delicious. Highly recommend!

**AVOID THIS PLACE - THERE IS NO RESPECT**

My partner and I came here for the first time. We had ordered our entrees + mains and our entrees came in a timely manner but mains did not arrive at all. There were two families and a couple that came AFTER us and they all had received their mains. Yet we didn’t even receive ours at all. Upon asking one of the staff, she went to the kitchen but never came back to us She started serving customers who came in. No apology nor any update. We had decided to walk away and paid for the entrees after waiting patiently for almost an hour! It is so shocking no-one had provided an apology. I am so disgusted. Thinking of giving this place a shot? Nah f%^* that. Avoid it at all cost!

Family and I were at this restaurant having early dinner for Mother's Day last Saturday. Food were decent but not great despite all the raves on social media. However, the wait for up to 3 hours was just ridiculous. The fact that other tables that arrived later were served food earlier than us just dampen our experience. Our kids ended up having white rice as they were hungry. Owner explained that they were short on staff. Fair enough but don't take on bookings if that was the case. Quite certain that from this, we will recommend other restaurants unless one can tolerate a long waiting time. There are other better choice with comparable quality of food if not better around this area albeit with less waiting time.

Was charged $55 for a meal advertised as $40.

Large rice was in fact just a small bowl.

Great experience! From the owner, Vincent to all staff who were so friendly. All of them took their time to ensure we got what we wanted and even took time To entertain our little son. The food took us back to Malaysia - great flavours! I highly recommend this restaurant

Came here for Chinese New Year. Menu served was average and pricey. Service was good but food was slow to come out. Suspect this was because they were filled to capacity on the night.

This place serves good Malaysia Chinese style food with old school decor. The staff although currently short handed are very friendly. We also enjoy their free red bean soup dessert at the end of our meal.

Terrible experience! Got a takeaway for a yam basket and a fish head curry. Came back and realised that the yam basket was over fried and burnt. Called and sent the photos of the yam basket to a guy name Winson.

He saw the pictures and still insisted that it wasn’t over fried nor burnt. He asked us to RETURN everything for a refund. When I took them in, he asked his colleague to throw everything into the bin right in front of me! What are you trying to tell me? Are you re assuring me or to tell me that you won’t serve that to others? Well done!

The food here is quite delicious. Beef with veggies is yummo as is the chicken sizzling plate. Staff are courteous. About $60 for two. That is a large rice and two main meals to share, entrees and a coke can. We are repeat customers and will be again.

I understand the business have to follow government rules. But apply some sort of common sense, there is no need to physically stop me carrying my daughter and our bags to an already occupied table and shout “show me your certificate! Show me your mask! ”
Maybe try and wait till I sat down with my daughter and ask “hello, can you please show me your green tick and please keep a mask on you ok? Thank you”

Also, maybe hold the food back until some of the dishes are finished, no point bringing food out when the table is completely full and there is no where to place the plate.

Amazing service, superb food. Very accommodative. We had our clinic's Christmas Dinner. Everyone had great time. Highly recommend ShangriLa restaurant. Great find.

Have been a Landmark Asian restaurant in Vermont for many years. Is well known for their Malaysian dishes especially fried noodles of all sorts. Every Sunday, they have specials. First Sunday, they have duck noodles. Simply delicious

Was there for dinner and was told that we must spent a minimum of $12.50 per head or else they will not cook for us. My wife and kid already eaten. Very unfriendly vibe. Will not recommend going.

Dirty and disgusting place to go. Rude people trying to charge for everything. Asked more soup because they gave obviously not enough just just over the half of the what it should be and they asked me to pay for it! Their attitude just good with Asian. So think about before you go. I will never support their business!
