We tried their signature mackerel pan fried ed dumpling and their beef shank buns along with hot milk tea!

Love this little eatery!
Felt like we were somewhere in Asia;
with humid conditions and heavy rain.
Was able to order drinks from across the laneway.
You can buy their wonderful chilli jam by the jar when you’re done.
Famous for their crispy, yet soft dumplings. YUMMM

Heavenly delicious vegetarian (Zucchini + tofu) dumpling. The lotus root chips are so good - crispy but not oily. Five star!

The Daryl Noodles were great in the wet and chilly Melbourne weather. The combination of the rich broth, chinese cabbage, mushrooms, and ham gives it a comforting homestyle flavor. I wish the noodles were a little firmer but I tend to prefer them chewier. The fish dumplings are a must order and are deservedly famous with their light bouncy texture.

Absolutely lovely authentic Chinese food with an excellent attentive service. Would definitely recommend stopping here on your travels.

Not bad but portions are absolutely tiny and noodles over cooked. One can find much more generous and authentic restaurants in Melbourne.

The dumplings are superb and the pork belly bun is insanely delicious. So much flavour and at a reasonable price its worth checking out

Hole in the wall type of place but amazing dumplings where you can tell they are freshly and home made. Lots of good variety as well a wide range of local beers. Don’t feel intimated by the small space as the dumplings make it super worthwhile. Hot spicy oil was also one of the best I had: not overly spicy but more fragrant and flavorful

Wow.just arrived from Holland and brought here by my kid brother and his grilfriend.
The food is WOW. Owners very friendly.a must go IF you want 2 enjoy good food.

Best dumplings in the city of Melbourne and a wide variety of independent beers. The broccoli was brilliant and I don't know if you've eaten broccoli before but how often is it brilliant? Almost never, but this place is genius. Get in there and eat some dumplings!

Love it. Best dumplings in Australia. We went for early lunch and then later lunch. We would have gone for dinner too but thought we should calm down. The Rachael's seafood dumplings were sublime! And cannot get enough of that chilli oil!

Do yourself a favor and stuff your tummy with these dumplings. I mean, lotus chips and pork buns are nice but they are outshined by the dumplings. Super fresh, light and juicy!
Only minus point is the oyster sauce that drenched the kailan, cut the sodium for the patron’s sake:)
