Highly recommend for that personal touch! I called to find the best medication for my patient. They were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable on the phone. We were able to find the most affordable and convenient medication for my patient to be given long term.
At first time, I was so surprised because one of staff was hospitable and explain to me very kindly. After few weeks, I visited and I got impressed by their kindness again. They are awesome and trustworthy.
It's been 20 minutes and I'm still waiting for my script. Not busy and 3 other people have gone though while I've been waiting.
I could have saved time and money walking down to chemist warehouse and back.
John and all of the staff are absolutely amazing. Support, small independent businesses and the service will be exceptional.
A great pharmacy but unfortunately they dont deliver over the counter medications to your home anymore
I was in an odd part of town, so went to this pharmacy out of convenience. I was charged over $20 to fill out my prescription, which seemed really expensive as I had had similar scripts in the past that were about 1/2 of that amount. I had asked for the generic brand of medication. I did some googling and found the same medication advertised by several other chemists for $9. I called the pharmacy who apologised for the overcharge and agreed to refund me, which is great, but meant I had to travel all the way back there to rectify the mistake. Plus, if I hadn't realised, and then not had the courage, ability etc to confront the mistake, I would've wound up paying more than double the cost for some necessary medicine.
Amazing customer service and extremely friendly staff. I wouldn't look anywhere else around Windsor or Prahran for quality pharmacy service and advice!
The most friendly staff I've ever come across who are always happy to have a joke but make the extra effort to help me out going above and beyond!
