This is my favourite pharmacy in Melbourne. Not only are all the staff incredibly kind and helpful, you also get a discount as a local AND you’re allowed to bring your pooch with you. I’ll always choose to purchase here instead of the bigger companies.

A calmer and kinder experience than most pharmacies. Very friendly and educated staff creating a relaxing experience. It’s clear there priority is on customer care and not rushing and that’s a nice change.

This pharmacy gives quality old fashioned professional service. They even put aside some rapid antigen tests for me and then called me to let me know that they had arrived. They are not far from Windsor. I will making this my main pharmacy. Both the pharmicist and the shop assistants were delightful. Goodbye Priceline and Chemist Warehouse.

Came in for a booster shot, and got completely humiliated by the head pharmacist in front of other customers and staff. Really upsetting and hurtful, and I won't ever be setting foot in this pharmacy ever again.
