He is a very unprofessional guy. Do not go to him he is a cheat did not even look at my tv for more than a week and when i went to enuire his office lady was truthful saying they had not yet looked into and will take another day. But the owner an Asian ca.e running and said the tv is unrepairable but already had taken 60 dollars for nothing.hope he wakes up in doing the right thing.not happy jan

Service scene Looked at my LG TV that was two months out of warranty and diagnosed it within 5 min as a BLUE SCREEN Issue? They rang LG and were told FIX without charge. Less than one week later all fixed and no charge, Excellent service. I Highly recommend them.

Technician was late, in a hurry to finish so he could go home, handled $6K TV with dirty hands leaving handprints, wore shoes on carpet despite occupants' shoes removed at door, dismissed leftover screw as "not important". Not impressed.

It was very refreshing to have such honesty in regards to fixing my old flatscreen LCD TV, thanks for not wasting my time, much appreciated, hence I've retired the old girl and moved to something better.

They are not professional at all. Mt Sharp microwave is with them since 1.5 months, still no answers
