29Greg and Adrian fixed my LG OLED TV in 15 minutes. Professional team - took care removing the TV from the wall, unscrewed the bracket, opened the rear of TV and replaced the part. Back on the wall and working a treat within 15 minutes. Great job, well done!
Didn't think getting my broken microwave fixed would put me in such a good mood. Very knowledgeable team, friendly and quick service. Even carried it out to the car for me. Thanks heaps guys. Would return for service even when warranty runs out.
Adrian was super professional. Took shoes off come out within 1 day. Located the problem and fixed it within 30 mins. Kids and family are super happy. LG service was impeccable. And the service scene was equally as great.

Lim help me went out of the way. Had a LG microwave under warranty and Harvey norman fountain gate told me takes 7 days to fix it. Took it to the LG authorised service centre fixed it in 10 mins. Highly recommended.
People were efficient and service was good. Just took a long time to get a part in, but that wasn’t their fault, the manufacturer had a large back order (4-5 weeks vs.the 1-2 weeks quoted). Fixed my monitor and it works fine now. Easy warranty claim process as well.
Could get to them easily and lots of parking out the front. Could have done with better communication. I had to ring up several times to follow up.
Overall, happy with the quality of the service and the customer support!
LG Microwave wouldn't heat. Contacted LG and once warranty confirmation was completed LG sent details of the service company and reference. Took microwave to Service Scene next day and all details were recorded in their system and they fixed within a two hour period. The guys at Service Scene were very friendly. Great customer service.

Craig and team are just awesome. With a large family, we panicked a little when the Microwave Carked it. Called the team at 4.45, they close at 5 but they accommodated us and it was fixed by 5.15. Everything was explained as to what went wrong and what was fixed. Thanks a lot guys.

Rang up LG customer service as I had problem with my tv not tuning in stations, they asked my location and gave me phone number to call Service Scene Mt Waverly. Lim who took the call was very helpful and told me what the problem most likely will be based on the information I gave him and quoted the repair cost.
Took tv into store that day 4 days later tv was repaired as quoted on the phone. On picking up tv I was surprised to receive free of charge a new LG Magic Remote control perfect.
Tv now works great, thanks guys at Service Scene highly recommended.

What a pleasure to meet a pair of professional TV specialists who 1) visited to repair my LG TV within 48 hours of being contacted 2) arrived on time as indicated 3) fixed the issue on site in rapid time (15 mins) 4) respected both our house and our TV with meticulous care 5) provided additional advice about the maintenance of my TV which I had been unaware of (relating to early "burn in") 6) all delivered in a personable and friendly way. Adrian from Service Scene did a call out to our property this morning to fix our tv. Service call was prompt, he kept us informed of his arrival and of what was required, etc and he did a very professional job. He also seemed very knowledgeable We are very happy to recommend him and this company, and will be calling them again if the need arises.
