Sephora

I have bought 3 items but when I go back home find it only have 2 items in my bag with sticker. The staff is unprofessional and it really waste of my time to go back again.

Had an amazing experience today! George helped me so much to find the right shade for me and was so attentive! He is very knowledgeable and I absolutely loved talking to him about different products. I will definitely be visiting again just because of his service!

Popped into this sephora store this afternoon for a range of products & experienced superb customer service from Calvin. Calvin was extremely attentive, patient, knowledgeable and very efficiently recommended products for me which I greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

It was my first time in the store as I don’t know how to use makeup. The ladies were very welcoming and am so grateful to Effie for taking good care of me. She was very patient with finding the right products for me and answered every question that I had. Thank you so much for making my first experience a great one.

A LOT of items out of stock in many different departments. A few testers unavailable for certain fragrances (maybe they were stolen?)
Ended up leaving because the music was so loud.

I have walked in the store trying some skin care after I was walking out and got accused of the security guard that I was a theft and checked my small hand bag which he has no right to do that and touched my belongs which was not acceptable after shopping there for months I have never had a problem just thought I’d put this out there secuirty guard was unprofessional and does not know how to respect a women and speak with clients

Excellent customer service from Gabby. She was very knowledgeable about skincare products and explained everything clearly.

Bad customer service so I went to somewhere else bought product. I was looking for staff assistant and got one that had so much attitude and asked me back “ so you want me to do it for you “. Don’t know what to say, she rather stood there & hide at back near the counter. Maybe she thinks she came to work and just to look at customer for her role. Other store customer service way better and professional. Very disappointed.

I've always had good experiences at Sephora Melbourne Central. They have a wide selection of products. Staff are smiley, helpful and knowledgeable, but today a particular staff member went above and beyond. Hopefully Lauren gets to read this, because she listened to my concerns, discussed product recommendations and used a device to analyse my skin. She really impressed me with her service. I will continue to shop here for my beauty needs

Only giving 4 stars due to jasmine and crystal. They were lovely and helped me find the right products for me. There was a very rude old Asian lady though who didn't even bat an eye or give me the time of day. Asked her for help or if she knew if anyone was free and told me she didn't know and stormed off.

My experience in this store was incredibly positive, thanks to Lauren (Melb central). Thank you for sharing your wisdom and genuine kindness with me. Amazing knowledge and passion for all things beauty and wellness! I’ve never met a staff member so positive and genuinely caring, I really appreciated your help:)

Rude managers, had an awful experience there. Over priced and poorly managed. Not a smile in site.

I had such a great experience here. The ladies were so helpful and were really knowledgeable. I felt embarrassed as i am just beginning my skincare and had no idea what I was doing. They didn’t rush me they explained everything and wrote all I needed down. So thankful for my experience.

This store has a good location in the mall. Very well stocked with makeup products, perfumes, beauty accessories.a wide range of products and employees are friendly and helpful.

Great position but it's impossible ask information because seems nobody of the staff is around!

Just wanted to share my recent experience I had the other day with one of the staff members named Jaiden. He gave me the best experience I've had at a beauty store in a long time. His knowledge about products was out of this world, I was after for some skincare & makeup products that would work for my skin and compliment me as I was mainly after for trending Asian style makeup including products to use for aegyo sal as being Asian myself. He gave recommendations on everything from eyeshadows, lip colours, etc. I will visit again as long as he is there! Sephora make sure he's well looked after!

Today after so many years I finally mustered the courage to do my first big makeup shop and wouldn’t have it done if I hadn’t had the assistance of staff Nabeelah who works at the Sephora CBD store.
This was the first time ever I felt looked after at Sephora though I have visited them before. Nabeelah is extremely knowledgeable, answered my questions, gave me lot of useful tips and tricks and helped me choose what’s right for my face. I’m v happy with my overall experience and will be back to learn more and stock up.

The lady working today was super helpful and helped me find the palette I was looking for which was an amazing price.
The guy at the checkouts was so friendly and his eyes smiled.
Sephora has the most amazing staff. Thank you for the great customer service:)

Unfortunately limited range of products from many of the brands.
Very unorganised testers.
Often the wait time for new product arrivals is many months or longer.
Unsure if this is directly Sephora's fault.

However, staff are charismatic, helpful and generally knowledgeable.

Very unhelpful staff. They never answered the phone and were mean spirited in person. Something is off here
