A haven of calm, a beautifully constructed space to leave the outside world for a while. My Relaxation massage was fabulous, attention to detail here with mindful breath practice and calming music. Can’t wait to come again. So glad you could my friend and I in.

Came here for the pregnancy massage which was very a relaxing, calming experience. Highly recommend for any expectant mums.

I had a 60min remedial massage, and I'd say it's the best remedial massage I've ever had. It was an intuitive experience with lots of distributed pressure. There was no were point where I felt that I wasn't gaining anything or wanting it to be over. I don't remember the masseuse's name, but thank you longhaired blonde man.

The space is beautifully designed and very peaceful. Staff are welcoming and the remedial massage was the best I’ve had in a long time. The vibe is relaxed and casual. I recommend 100%

What a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate! I had such a wonderful massage, my therapist was so polite and professional, and used the perfect pressure throughout. I also added the body brush which was a perfect complement to the treatment. From arriving at the venue, everyone was so friendly and the aesthetics have such a calming and peaceful vibe. There is also a relaxation room which was a great place to spend some time post massage, sipping the delicious coconut water you get given; along with some soothing hot tea on offer. Will definitely be recommending sense of self to friends!

This place is a hidden treasure! From the minute you walk into the door at Sense of Self you feel relaxed. The calming music, beautiful arouma and welcoming staff make your entry supurb. I had my heavy hand remedial massage booked with Garrath, his technique and ability to focus on areas of need was brilliant. Garrath's warm and friendly personality along with his professionalism and wealth of knowledge made this one of the best massages I have ever received. I left feeling calm and well treated, I will definitely be booking here again (very soon!)

The only thing I can fault is the parking situation which totally has nothing to do with this review more of a warning to get in there early. As for the treatment itself I had the most wonderful massage and the facial was out of this world. Highly recommended if you’re in desperate need of me time

Beautiful, relaxing experience at SOS. Andrea worked extra hard to squeeze me in to help fit my schedule. The space is calm and clean with its simplistic interior design, feels very welcoming the moment you arrive. Bree did an amazing job asking about the type of treatment I wanted and set me up for a very relaxing experience. Between the hot towels, the beautiful smell of the Sans products they use at SOS and her professional yet gentle approach, I was in heaven. Would recommend to anyone who needs a little get away from the busy-ness of life.
